I do feel more news is coming soon about the game, does anyone else think those screen shots, tracks and UI look extremely polished and near completion?

I've just noticed , in the picture with HUD , the arrows , left and right , are off, like the lights and handbrake indicators , I don't talk about that the arrows in the bottom line, I'm refering to the highest near the speedometer and tachometer gauges , that is make me think that we could use the signal lights. Also , good stuff Alexnipi.

Blinkers are on the HUD.
I assume you are talking about the left and right arrows at the bottom of the HUD on either side of 'Time Information'. I do not believe these are blinkers, I think this is a GUI element to hint to the player that they can cycle the 'Time Information' display to other displays with left/right arrows (d-pad).

EDIT: Nevermind - I see the blinker icons now, near the top of the tachometer and speedometer 👍 They blend in so well I did not see them originally.

I swear to god if the announcement is the release date or dare i say it... Porsche...

RIP My vocal cords for the next 24 hours

Just because a Porsche is at a booth really doesn't mean much in regards to what is announced for GT. At ALL.

At this point, you'd be better off just waiting for an official announcement from Polyphony. Then again, with how they do things, I guess I shouldn't be surprised with how people are latching onto this.

MMX
Just what I need, to be stuck behind a guy that forgets to turn his blinker off. :dunce:

For maximum realism, all Audis in the game won't even have turn signals available to use.

This is fishy!! xD

About as fishy as the Porsches that have been running around the 'Ring with GT banners on their windshields for years...

A Porsche announcement would be welcome, if a little unsurprising at this point. Literally all of the competition already has it secured — I'd be more shocked if it wasn't in Gran Turismo.

Is it worth it at this point tbh. I'd like to get back into GT after a long time, but I am 90% sure it won't live up the hype. They're really gonna have to pull a Pats-Falcons type miracle to get people to buy it and play it for a long time.

It almost feels like any time even a smidgen of new info is even hinted at, even if it turns out to be false, people go absolutely ape**** since they have had nothing to tide them over.

And it really goes to show how poorly Kaz and Polyphony have vocalized any sort of updates or even documentation of projects. For far too long it seems like other people and companies have been doing their work, telling everyone else "Hey, GT Sport is still alive!" Compare this to SMS and Kunos with Project CARS and Assetto respectively. Both companies are active in social media, answering fans questions when applicable, and sending out updates at relatively sane times.

Meanwhile, Polyphony is still relatively radio silence. People in here getting excited over, relatively speaking, a sponsership agreement. That's pretty bad. It reminds me of how often Atlus gave Western fans the runaround in the run up to the final release date of Persona 5. Then again, Atlus Japan actively hates Atlus USA and wants the latter to fail. Maybe terrible communication on projects is a trait of Japanese developed games?

If Porsche is the 'big announcement' it will be a complete joke. Porsche is a requirement of a racing games in these post EA days. To crow about having it in your game should not be a big announcement. The only acceptable big announcement at this stage is a new release date or a huge new feature that will knock our socks off.

For me as a GT and Porsche fan it would be big
