Manchester United are quite clearly a TAG Heuer partner and it's also quite clear the screenshot in which they are featured is part of the TAG Heuer brand page within GT:Sport. I honestly don't see how you could assume that the club is in any way in partnership with the game.

That's some mighty leap you are making there. If you assume that then you would also have to assume that the in game graffiti will be done by Alec Monopoly and there's a pit lane punch up mini game featuring Muhammad Ali.

A bit of common sense eh?

I think what you're calling blinkers are infact arrows showing that you can change the display pages between dials.

I thought the semi-circles were supposed to be lateral proximity sensor indicators (from PSX build) but now they are gone.

I believe that they're for horsepower; the Hellcat was in the N700 category last I checked, so I assume stuff like the LaFerrari would be in N1000.

I assume that is from a pace car, or was just shown to show off the lighting effects. I doubt we will see controllable blinkers. But hey, you never know.

Wouldn't put high hopes on that, it's a key part in multi-class racing but in a gameplay point of view, sacrificing two buttons for it seems useless.
