Yeah but we're talking about the cars that have potential to be included in the game though. :D
For a long time when silhouettes came out for August update, people thought that Corolla Levin was Piazza. Also Piazza was semi premium, just like 996, 930 RUFs and we have them as Porsches. There is also premium 4200R.

I'd say a coincidence, there's a good amount of cars not yet in GTS that pop up in videos in Brand Central and still haven't shown up to this day as far as I know.
That video is from a Japanese Honda collection hall's channel, that has many videos like this, also with different Honda cars. I find it interesting and strange, that they choosed this particular video, when there's also a video of this:

Either they just choosed a random video they found, or someone from PD used to own this car in past. Or maybe they scanned it. Well, who knows.

But is it possible they would come back to the game at some point.

Well, I just kinda assumed the logic of similarity of semipremium status in GT6 for Piazza. There is no definitive answer on will or will not come.

However, 4200R Im not sure. I heard that car basically doesnt exist anymore IRL, like Furai. But how did they model it back in the day? Maybe PD can model nonexistent cars from pictures/drawings and so on, who knows. Assetto Corsa mods are done without real cars with amazing results.

I know some people said that they still have the digital data for the old concept car. So maybe it's possible that it can be revived in the game.

Continuing the museums checklist with Porsche. Not a single 100 percent match. Im starting to believe that 'omissions' like 996/7/91 GT3s are definetly possible. For example 944. Also other 911s, Carrera GT and 918 appear here and would not surprise.

Ferrari. Since lots of newer Ferraris appeared in a poll, cars like F12 and 488 are very likely. Also, a 'plot hole' exists with 430 Coupes. Dino 246GT is in game but not in museum.

Jaguar. Huge attention on SS, XK120, C Type, XJs, XF mk1, XE and F Pace. Obvious stand out is XJ220. Immidietly noticeable is that there is no X100 XKR and no X150 at all. Since PD likes to fill plot holes with drivable cars like GTO, XK/XKR/XKRS would not surprise.

After this latest DLC reveal, so far, only the Golf GTI returns. Unless, the Porsche bodied car is a Ruf.

Other than those two, we'll have to wait for the next round of cars. The police or safety cars have filled up some spots.

After this latest DLC reveal, so far, only the Golf GTI returns. Unless, the Porsche bodied car is a Ruf.

The spoiler on the Porsche-bodied car looks like it matches with the GT2 rather than the Turbo or CTR2, so it could probably be a Porsche IMO. Nonetheless I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah, complete surprise with the Porsche. We just got the Taycan and the Ruf.

When I look at the top 5 suggested cars in this site, the Cosworth sits 5th. We just got a new Ford GT. Maybe we see a classic Ford in the next few updates.

Many of these repeat. It seems that many of these are reward, license cars too.

Honestly, I have a feeling we might get a rain track next. It could either be a track that had it in the first place in GT6 (Monza, Brands Hatch, Le Mans, Bathurst, Nurburgring, Suzuka, Tsukuba or Willow Springs), or something else.

As for tracks that have still yet to make it in, I think Daytona, Indy, Silverstone and Motegi could make it back in. As for GT originals, aside from the Holy Trinity, Apricot Hill, High Speed Ring and Tokyo Route 246 are likely returning additions.

So here's the question, new tracks for 2020, what do we think?

My money's on Motegi for February, then Silverstone this April.

Also when's that 300 SL and LFA dropping? We've waited long enough PD, remaster them already!
Generally a pattern of rain tracks in odd months, new tracks in evens. Silverstone to me is a guarantee. Motegi and Ascari have to be possibilities. I think we’ll see one or two more new to game tracks like perhaps Shanghai and another, and a new fictional track. Perhaps Colorado Springs a la Sardegna. I think the goodbye update will include one returning classic fictional track, and my guess is Deep Forest.

I still think Silverstone and/or other "big hitter" real tracks will be saved for FIA event reveals, mid to late 2020. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if it turned up in an FIA event in July around the time of the F1 Grand Prix.

A rain track next, end of January, seems a good bet, and I'd go with Tokyo South as that showed up as being in progress when there was that glitch. With other rain tracks to follow, scattered through the year.

February/March I predict a fictional track as we have had a run of real tracks recently.

Then April/May, perhaps a "less famous" real world track, in the vein of Autopolis in 2019. Ascari is not a bad bet for this actually, since it was a popular track on PS3, and Kaz seems to be a fan, plus it was a relatively recent addition which was laser scanned if I recall correctly.

for some reason I just don't think they're going to add Motegi with the state it's in now with the oval being partially destroyed. If they were going to add it I don't see them adding just the road course.

As for cars, I have a feeling the '70 Chevelle will drop. I thought about the Nova, but the Chevelle seems more oddball choice.

Kaz also pointed out this year will be an exciting year for Mazda. Not just with the RX-VGT in its build phase. So, maybe classic rotary road and race cars.

Speaking of Mazda; possible brainwave, since the last yearly quarter of updates has brought us mostly new-to-series cars with less of a focus on bringing back Premiums, what if instead of the 2007 RX-8 Type S, they brought over the facelifted 2011 RX-8 R3 or 2012 RX-8 Spirit R instead? Probably might be more realistic if they just ported over the Type S but you never really know.

Seriously agree. PD have been surprising us with alternative models. Definitely possible/plausible.

Probably just the road course then. Still can’t decide whether I like this course or not having played it in previous titles. I can’t imagine it’s anyone’s favourite but it’s makes for a nice change now and then when you’ve just lapped Spa or the Nurburgring for the umpteenth time.

Besides the Mazda RX-Vision GT3 Concept coming as part of Mazda's new track weapon for the upcoming FIA GT season, hopefully this season we could see new manufacturers competing, as Bugatti is highly likely to be part of the Manufacturer's Series (if only they made a Veyron Gr. 3).

Hopefully they also make race cars for Suzuki and Daihatsu as they were part of a manufacturer's exhibition during the Tokyo round. So all in all, Bugatti, Daihatsu and Suzuki look very likely as new manufacturers to the Manufacturer's Series.
