Most of the cars and mods can be gotten here.Just scroll down a bit and look on the the left side for Vice City Mods.
Now,there are 2 way to install these mods.You can either use Vice City Mod Manager wich installs them automatically(although not all mods support VCMM),or you could do it yourself wich is a bit harder.
It would be easier if you had ICQ,that way i could help you and give you some cool cars that you can't find anywhre anymore.

Do the cars have better performance, or are they just a shell around an infernus setup?

Every new car comes with a new handling file wich makes it behave more like it's real life counterpart.The only thing that remains the same is the sound file.

Heres a screenshot of my home-made creation.. A monster rancher! The tires arent mine.. They're actually from a wheel replacement mod that replaces all stock tires and changes them to new ones that look better + cooler. It just so happens the tires supplied for the rancher absolutely rule.

Sorry for the crappy quality on some of these, I turned the quality way down to make them small enough for the GTP attachment system, but They were 4 or 5 KB too big...
