Well they aren't all sportscars,around 60% sportscars and the rest are classics,bikes and trucks.All new ones.And no my game doesn't lag as you call it.I even have an entire city in the sky that spans across the entire map and no sign of slowdown.
@MclarenF1GTR,what is so special about that car?I have tried looking for it but i couldn't find it.I found almost every Lambo but not that one.

Did you install those all using the IMG tool, or VCMM? I can't get IMG Tool cars to work. then again, I don't even really know what to do. I use VCMM.
Also, when I use VCMM, the cars sometimes dont appear. I changed to Saber Turbo, Deluxeo, and Sentinal, and now they don't alwyas spawn, but they also spawn on the streets.

I used the IMG tool to install all of my cars,and you just named the reason.You see sometimes VCMM changes the class of a car you just installed,so it won't appear on the streets.What you can do is go to the Data folder in your Vice City folder and open the default.ide file using notepad.Now scroll down untill yo find the car you installed.So for exapmple,find the Deluxo.When you find it you should see something like this:211, deluxo, deluxo, car, DELUXO, DELUXO, null, ignore, 10, 6, 2ff0, 249, 0.870000
Now do you see the value "Ignore",that means that the game won't spawn that car and that it's only available at a designated place,in this case Sunshine Autos.Simply change that value to "normal" and the car should start appearing around Vice City.

It isn't actually pink,i just made it pink since it's the original colour.Like in 2F2F.Anyway,i have probably downloaded that car but i haven't installed it.I like to have a variety of cars,i already have 4 Lambo's.Murcielago GT-R,Diablo,Murcielago and Gallardo.Right now i'm installing a new tank,this one looks much better then the original one.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but I was playing VC about 3 weeks ago when i drifted out in a boat where it began to rain which I left for about 45-60mins and when I came back something strange had happened. 
I know it can be done in PC but this was the PS2 and I never entered any combination via the pad at all. lol Was fun to just blast through every light though.
