As I said all I know is I took a boat out into the sea, it started to rain and I left it alone for about an hour, when I came back to the game I got off the boat in a car thought it was great all lights I was going through were green then I noticed that they all were green !!

I have no idea how I did it though cause I haven't been able to repeat it.

Were all of the cars going through from each area of the intersection? If not, it's just an error with the actual Lights Colour, and should fix up the next time you load.

Well, either way, it should fix itself. Very weird indeed.

Yeah all the cars followed the lights as expected, funnily enough there was hardly any crashes when the lights were all green.

Hmm, strange. Have you tried loading it back up, and if so, is it back to normal or still the same?
