Man, I am not sure I can stay vanilla just in case I want to play online...

You do realize there's a Mods folder thing right? Just create a mods folder in your GTA Directory, install your mods in there, and when you want to play online, simply just move dinput8.dll out of the gta folder, (used for Scripthook/Mod Menus) and you play online with your normal game.

Also
