That saying 'can't teach an old dog new tricks' should be banished into the realms of history alongside religion... My father is proof of that, 10 yrs ago he nearly dropped dead on me, heart attack, now he seemingly has a new hobby every month, as I speak he's somewhere off the coast of Scotland in an achilles 24.... he's 70.

Fair play to you for going so quick the way you're but unless you use the DS3 differently you ain't catching mich, no matter what, and you're still light years away from his times, a second isn't 'close'.

Glad to hear about your Pops.👍👍 Similar story with my Dad, except his health revolution came through diet. He's well into retirement, healthier than ever and more active than most people half his age. Same weight as when he was 21 and in the Navy.
