Race and Track conditions:
Weather: Sunny and Clear Day (we will try a few different formats but no rain for now)
Laps: 5 to 10 depending on track length
Grid: Stand start
Tire: consumption during race will be set @ 5x for all races.
Fuel: consumption during race will be set at 100 liters and 5x for all races.
Qualify: fastest first for every race
Penalty System: on
Boost: Strong
Slipstream: Real

1st Race

Laguna Seca - American Road Cars 1960 - 1970 - 500pp - tires: CS - Laps: 10

2nd Race

Daytona Road Course - American Road Cars 1960 - 1970 - 600pp - Any Sport tires - 8 laps

This might be a Boss 429 challenge, we will see.

Slow progress and constantly checked on. Annoying. I knew it going in… coolest part was seeing my heart beat on the X Ray thing. Then they knocked me out and jammed tubes down my throat for no reason. A good thing really. Back to freezing cold and doing nothing.

Thanks for that. I’ve had my key fobs stored in faraday cage pouches for about 9 months now. Amazing that keyless entry and starting can so easily be snatched from the air and cloned, rendering your car or truck stolen in mere seconds.

Happy New Year back atcha! 60 yo means instant entry into the Geezer Racing group. Typically racing takes place on Saturday and Sunday mornings (lobbies open at 8:30 am ET), as well as Wednesday evening (lobby opens at 7:30 pm ET). You will want to add the room hosts to your friends list, as the lobbies are “friends only”. Look for the posts in advance of the race days for details about the races, and room hosts. Headset and joining party chat highly recommended. We have a lot of good racing and good times!
