Just checked. Yes on launch I'm shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear around 5300rpms where the car makes max torque then when 3rd gear reaches about 7300rpms shift into 4th as the rpms ris from 7300rpms.

2nd - 3rd qs - 2 gr qs. Shifting at about 6900rpm shift point exactly as your rpms fall.

Some more info on optimum shift points on my speed 12 tune. Hope it helps

Well apparently me and dream00 still have work to do as pro tunes has his at 9:282. And karo had his in the 9:260's but thats pre 2.09 patch post 2.08.

Do you think we've hit the limit with the car. I may leave mine for now unless hyper or someone else betters. Or I may not better it I've absolutely loads of cars to tune. Janco ties with our time.

P.s pro says he gets .282 without retro launch

I deffinitly feel this car has room to improve, like dream said a few posts up add 0.010 to to a 2.4 patch time and it will be pretty close to what it can do in 2.9 patch following this rule shows me it should get faster, as looking over at gt5dragracing.com and comparing both their leaderboards almost every car is .010 slower giver or take a few thousandths.
Though I am starting to find a few exceptions to this rule, where cars are closer to 0.020 slower, my RX-7 being one and this TVR being another so far unless I find some improvement in it.

I figured a big chunk out. Im a lot faster now but still not all the way there.

Edit- Glad i didnt throw my ps3 out the window lol.
Now at 9.30x So I am getting there slowly. Very slowly.

I know right. Every run I get faster. This last run 2nd from 0-60 and 2nd in 0-100 but fastest time by .002? GT5 physics on pull. LOL
