GT Racing - GT1, GT3, Blancpain Endurance Series & National GT SeriesSports Cars

Bumpy circuit. Still not stopping them from being aggressive though. Early days, but the GT-R is in a good position.

Well, the Simmons/Caruso GT-R has coped some heavy damage to the front. Day may not be done, but the chance for the win is looking like it's up in smoke.

I like the flow of the track, but like the commentators said there aren't many places to pass and like an F1 car it's even harder the closer you get. :(

Is the Mustang GT or GT350R, homologated for GT4?
Bumping old comment because THIS. ;)

Ford now offering turn key GT4 spec Mustangs.

CBS Sports Network shown this Year in Review show of the 2016 season of Blancpain GT racing recently. While I do miss the big bruisers of the former FIA GT1 World Championship, these GT3 style cars are still quite fun to watch and very competitive.

Was dreaming of a Courtney/Pye/Martin lineup for the 12hr. But with the way Burgess is talking about the car's BOP in that article and Talbot being entered as the driver for the challenge. I'd hazard a guess, that they're looking at entering the Pro-Am category for the 12hr?
Either or.
Burgess did however confirm the operation is looking at ‘experienced’ pilots with the roster to be finalised once the squad decides whether to enter the Professional or Pro-Am class.
Your lineup would be better. I'd like to see that lineup. Pye and Courtney haven't had a run in the car. Would be tight to ge trial in at this stage. Dunno if Pye would have been available to test, before the end of the year(contract wise) though.

Either or.

Yeah, I did see that. Maybe, Talbot is getting the drive for the challenge with an eye to expanding to a second Porsche next year?
Pye and Courtney haven't had a run in the car.

That's the flaw. Not sure what the testing regulations are in the GT series but maybe they could give them a run at Winton or somewhere?

Though as you said Pye probably won't be available until the new year.
