GT Sport Bug Report Thread

Just started the game today and after racing in arcade mode the damage from my car permanently stays, in the livery editor and preview AFAIK.

Not sure whether this is a bug; anyone notice the same?

My t500rs is unusable, the engine goes crazy when i turn more than 100°. So no gts for me, luckily we have project cars

After about half an hour with qualifying for the daily races, I noticed today's times are not saving, and I still have the old record despite any improvements I make. Seems to be a common bug today

No times recording for qualification on sport mode xD. But seems that some people had times so not sure if it was random?

1 Ever since my GT Sport game crashed yesterday, 19 October, it stopped recording lap times in Campaign. (Same as many others on here.)
2 I never received 2 million credits for preordering Digital Deluxe Edition. (Note, I had the earlier beta version.)
3 I never received 60 PS4 GT Sport-themed avatars.
4 I never received a chrome racing helmet.

Playstation Store still lists items 2 through 4 for Digital Deluxe Edition GT Sport.
Will Sony give me what I bought?

Please report all bugs & issues you find in the Demo & the full game here. Also, try to be as thorough as possible when reporting, & include as much information as you can. If we collate everything into one thread, then we can make PD's job easier to identify & fix any issues that have slipped through the net

So in the daily races, first the screen when you waiting for players, is very snowy, also my time trials before the race are not updating and I have to start last...

The in game extras, i had to download the separately. They showed up on the GT sport dlc screen and i physically had to select download. Not sure if that works for you?

I have the same qualifying time not saving as well. Hopefully this gets fixed very soon, because as of now there is no point in participating in the Sport mode races. Trying to race up from the back every race will get annoying quick.

When I use a black Advan Racing TC III in Ford Focus (color changed from original blue to white pearl) the bolts in the wheels just disapear, leaving an all black center of the wheel.

Thanks for your reply. If they are available for download separately, then why doesn't that download appear in the PS Store? The only thing I see to GT Sport and GT Sport Digital Deluxe Edition is the photo theme pack, "GT Sport Scapes." Where's the DLC you're talking about?

I had to go to my library - games - gt sport. I scrolled down to the bottom where it says playstation store on the left. On the right then it says my "add ons" and they were there with a little arrow next to them and when i clicked the arrow it downloaded them.

I so far received multiples of the same award cars.
Three of these: Renault Sport R.S.01 GT3 '16
Two of these: Toyota 86 GRMN '16

About once every couple hours or so, I'll get a pause screen when I didn't initiate it (yes, I double checked to make 100% certain I didn't press anything ). Anyone else see this happen? T300RS + CP Adapter + CSR_E Pedals (no shifter atm).

Add another for the qualifying times not updating issue. Looks like I will wait to play sport mode until it's fixed.

is anybody else having the problem when buying a car from brand central the game freezes just after the little cutscene?

Hi there...i see many people with the qualifying times not updating and i take it a step forward,my times in circuit experience and challenges are not registering...or updating if i make a better...
I receive the prize car,in the up right corner says my record in the sector or full lap...but in the friend list the time is not registered...

Well, I never received it.

I don't understand how I could have screwed it up. I bought the game. The rest did it by itself. If I was supposed to click on some other download, then I should've received instruction to do that in the screens when I bought the game. Even if I were to receive the regular edition of the game, then I would have had the 500,000 credits that comes with the regular digital-download game. Was everyone supposed to click on a download file other than the one for buying the game? And, why can't I get this file now?

Yes my times are not updating and so I racing I am always at the back as the saved time was slow, now i have a much faster time, why is this, how can we get a fix?

Like many of you have already posted; In the Daily races, Qualifying timing is not saving and doesn't not carry through to the grid position.

Also, the very unfair penalties imposed when some other car hits you off the circuit form behind and you get a reduced SR and sometimes a SLOW DOWN penalty

There must be a way the game logic can figure out that the car going the correct speed in who is ahead in the corner is not to blame when a car going faster than the correct corner speed hits it from behind!

Cancel your entry and then you can change cars and do setups as well.

yes I got this too last night, trying to upload a demo of the qualification time issue, but gave up in the end. Reading others here put my mind at rest

Those time synchronization and times not saving issues are really frustrating. Luckily other than that, I haven't experienced any major game breaking stuff luckily.
I'm confident they'll fix the timing issues.

I guy, i preorder the deluxe edition and the game suppose to give me 8 + 3 cars + Credits .. well i got "only" the extra credits but not the cars, on my garage i still have only the Renault Megane, it happened to someone else?

You have to redeem the codes in PS Store to get cars. Codes should be in the box on the back of envelope of photos of these cars.
