With the Passing Of Paolo, Its has shown me how much I really Like/Love all my Geezers Friends! Over the past two years plus I'm Very Lucky to have met all of you Geezers! I would never thought online friends would be this important to me. I only spoke to Cal a couple of times, chatted to him on chat many times. I enjoy are time together having FUN and Acting like a bunch of KIDS!
Amen Brother Geezer, Amen!

RIP Geezer Paolo. We will miss you.
As we mourn Paolo and are aware of the difficulty we had learning of his condition it emphasizes my feeling of friendships I value with the Geezer Family.I would like to have a Geezer personal info data bank that could be used in situations like this. If you would like to add your email, phone, address and email, phone of an emergency contact (any or all of these), please send to glfrjerry@gmail.com.
To illustrate the need for this, has anyone heard any info from Claude Poulin (Oldboy1943)?
Great idea Jerry. 👍 Just sent my info your way.

REST IN PEACE CAL I will certainly miss worrying where you were on track when we were racing .Very fast Gentleman .I realized yesterday while racing with the GEEZERS ,they aren't just my online racing friends and that I'm actually part of a Brotherhood ,WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER . THANK YOU AL

So very sad to hear about Cal. Had some great races with him over the years, the few times I could keep up with him! He will be really missed. You have "been Cal'd" is gonna live on and his memory will always be with us. RIP Paolo and condolences to all his family.
Thank you Steve,, since seeing Peter's note of very sad news I have struggled for the right words to say. Your sentiments are my own. We Geezer's in unison wish Paolo's family peaceful thoughts as they suffer these upcoming weeks of mourning. He has a great many online friends who miss him and think of him every race. As you've said the phrase "you've been Cal'd" now carrys respectful mourning,, and yet many happy memorys. Rest in Peaceful Eternal Sleep our dear friend Paolo.

Hi friends,

Here is the plan for tomorrow's remembrance of Paolo (Calveron) at Blue Moon Raceway during our usual Saturday event. Why Blue Moon? That is probably where we have had the most laughs in all my recent years. All participants MUST be in a N600 Ferrari 458 with a stock all black livery, black rims also. You need to be able to be in the party to communicate with group.
The plan will have the lead car with Paolo's name and the Italian flag colors (livery by Jackie, Old Goat (Scott's) wife). All others will follow either in 3 wide formation or perhaps a single line. We'll spend some time tomorrow figuring out the details. We hope friends of Paolo can attend. This is only the second actual Geezer remembrance since Geezer 1791 started the group June of 2014. We have been fortunate.

Thank you,
Pepper Mallard

Sounds good, Pete. I propose that we run this remembrance as a one or two lap “race” so we can capture a recording for posterity.

Hopefully we will have a huge turnout for this. Stewy, Greg, JR, Papa, Godfather, and others please attend. Let’s honor Paolo with a full room. Should be around 8:30 am - 9:00 am ET, per Pete’s comments.

Thanks,
Eric

Hi Eric, We'll try to do this early in our session so we have time to get things and participants sorted out, along with a bit of practice. P.M.

Thank you Luiz,, wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I would venture no other online community the entirety of the internet could or would better remember a member of their community in such a wonderful manner. CUDO's to all the Geezers and to you Jerry and Peter for thinking to ask we all participate in this beautiful rememberance of our departed friend Paolo.

Non racing Geezer item. If you don't need or want to take your RMD for this year (2019 end of year), you don't have to. Check for yourself, don't rely on this information coming from a Geezer. P.M.
Ok Larry, I'll bite - - - what's a or an RMD? Don't tell me "if you don't know you needn't concern yourself with this post" :mischievous: Inquiring minds wanna kno :)

Ahh, one more thing I learned this morning (Pacific time) The Mazda RX3 GT Concept is due in this may 2020 an this 'ol dude is plenty XCITD to get it!
