You have a fan here - more great livery work.

Respect!

because there is no ford falcons in GT Sport. ill be using the Gr.3/4 mustang, wish me luck. (i have the design i just need the logos on it which means i need to wait for the svg uploader.)View attachment 682156
You could use the Gr.4 Atenza. It's nearly similar in shape. :)
However, I'm looking forward to see how you go with the Mustang(might see those on the grid in 2019 anyway).

This is my first crack at the livery editor. I haven't used a livery editor since NFS Shift came out, but it was surprisingly easy to use in this game. I've been really impressed with GT Sport so far. While it doesn't have much content, no other game comes close in terms of quality IMO. And photomode is amazing again. 👍

Now that is how you use the Gold dip paint. Pay attention all you "I'll just make the whole care Gold and call it a custom livery" No, that's doing it half assed. Step your game up.

Here is another one I just finished
To find in GT Sport #sergioregazzoni #porsche #gt3

We had a blast this afternoon recreating the 2014 Dodge Viper GTS-R Livery from the GTLM category of Tudor United Sportscar Championship
Up here you can find the complete making of it while streaming with questionable chioces for music , and after the 4 hours mark you can see a nice Mount Panorama race in Online Lobby with it, and after that some Nurburgring Tourist chill always using the Vipah with the little channel crew

EDIT: you can find and download both the #91 and the #93 liveries by searching from the Main menu section, and searching in Car Liveries by Nation (USA), Manufacturer (Dodge), Car (Viper SRT GT3-R '15), then Basic colour (Red) and Genre (Replica)
You'll find both of my liveries like that! :D
Hope you'll enjoy! :gtpflag:

Is there a database somewhere that has style guides for just about every well-known business out there? I've got some ideas for airline-based liveries.

Are your designs shared by default when you upload them? Or is that something I've not found yet?

No, your liveries are simply saved to your library, you can share them separately if need be. Gives you the option to do so when you save it, and I'll assume you can share it from the options in your library unless I'm mistaken.

In my library it says I have 4 shared liveries, but there are no images icons or thumbnails at all.

Oh, ok then that's a little odd. Not too sure what to do then unfortunately, as I've only shared one livery; just to test really, though I've only made one, and I did that by sharing in the livery editor itself.

So uh, let's say you started a livery but for one reason or another, couldn't finish it. When you enter back in to continue work on it, is there any way to colour-match the existing shapes? Because I can't find one. I then had to go and re-colour all the existing shapes to match the new one — and of course, that had to be done one at a time, because you can't select multiple shapes at once. :(

Really can't wait for that import feature!

I don't think so. Working on my NSX livery during the outage earlier in the week I exited out. When I came back I was able to load the livery back, but the favorite colors used was reset to default. So my bright orange had to be reselected for any other shapes I needed.

As a designer I have found the livery editor pretty cool, nothing like what I'm used to with Illustrators though! Have been playing around with a few liveries and uploaded some, some I'm waiting on logos for, it's a shame that they haven't included manufacturer logos, hope they will in the future!

On another note, I have seen a few already comment similar but I find it a shame that you can't keep/edit base liveries that are already on the cars, as an example I like the Cayman Clubsport livery but wanted to change its colours which you can't do, maybe something for an update?

I'll add some liveries later, if you want to have a look for yourself you can search for my profile - Childsie.

I have been selecting a decal that is already painted, then going select colour and it jumps to the correct swatch, I then leave without changing anything (using the circle button) and hey presto it is there in previous colour selection.

Not sure if it will work with custom colours, as I have been avoiding them just in case ;) Edit, the trick only works with predefined colours :(

A grouping tool is really needed vey badly, without it doing simple things like a recolour or resize is an absolute nightmare! :(

Yes that's quite a bad thing but before you close the editor you can select your color and check the numbers for it. If you write them down somewhere you can add them by those numbers again later on. :) Bit of a workaround ofcourse since I think the colors should just be saved or at least have a color picker tool.

I cant change rims in the livery editor I bought 3 set of rims tried it with different cars but when i go to change my wheels I cant change anything, is this a bug?
