GT Sport SVG request thread (Please read 1st post)

I'm going to try to recreate the Subaru VT15r, but I need a bunch of decals:

I can do the Vermont SportsCar, PIAA and other simple designs, but I need help with the others.

I had a look when you posted it, I think you used a font that wasn't embedded, and there were a lot of embedded bitmaps. All in all it looked a bit confusing and it wasn't really clear how you were expecting it to look.

If you wanted to work on it yourself, you need to convert all text to curves, and delete the bitmap images before it will upload.

It's very possible that I used downloaded font in Photoshop. I wanted to get the brush writing effect but if there is a problem with font, you can convert it to normal text.
Unfortunately, I can not do more with this, because my trial version of Adobe Illustrator has ended and im also totaly noob in creating a vector graphics.
If you have bit time then you can free convert that text layer, for me is important to have a crown and wings (without background [transparency]).

It's very possible that I used downloaded font in Photoshop. I wanted to get the brush writing effect but if there is a problem with font, you can convert it to normal text.
Unfortunately, I can not do more with this, because my trial version of Adobe Illustrator has ended and im also totaly noob in creating a vector graphics.
If you have bit time then you can free convert that text layer, for me is important to have a crown and wings (without background [transparency]).

Hey, thanks for trying.
That livery looks really good but there is problem with transparency (black background and transparency on white part).
But general, the effect is great!

Got it down to 20. something kb after deleting a lot of points, and drop it in the kraken minimalizer, so not quite there. I think I can find out how to shrink down the size more, but that probably mean to shift / alter a lot and delete even more (still learning this program). So, will be reading up on it.

I'm still not happy with the colors i choose for the world.com-logo... so i did another try.
(Yellow is #e9e40e)
(Blue is #093069)
(Red is #e52525)
Tell me the right ones, or edit it yourself in the SVG-Code

What you use for a program... 20kb is a lot
If i let Illustrator do the work, it's 11kb (but the "Since 1986" looks terrible)

@MatskiMonk @mc0029 Here is my Sahlen, 13,9 kb and looks AWESOME .
@D3V , inkscape, took the logo that you? shared here, auto traced it and removed a lot of points.

MatskiMonk, I have no clue how you do this stuff. I cant even get 1 line to stay visable in this.

The points in the numbers where mixed around to get the red color the overhand, and finally ran it through the kraken thingy.

FWIW, I didn't really have to 'create' much to get it to work.

I deleted all the bitmaps that were embedded in the file.

I had to remake the TMTZ letters from the letters in TEAM (because they were just in 'Arial' font), and I had to simplify some of the 'painted' effect, because that uses a lot of kb's

I also applied 1 gradient to all the letters together, as having one gradient for each takes up 8× the amount of kb's.

I then ran it through SVGOMG because it was still a bit over 15kb.. (mostly because of the painted effect of the letters)

... and it worked first time, so I was happy
