Team VVV talks about audio and makes a comparison between the Corvette.

It sounds WAAAy better to me, i don't know how people say it's the same.

The actual engine note sounds better, but it still sounds too "digital" for lack of a better word. It's too neat and perfect a sound. The transmission sound is exactly the same as the last few GT games, there's no audible clunk of the transmission when changing gears, the gear changes are still silky smooth and silent. There's no crackling or popping from the exhaust, and the engine still doesn't sound like it's really under load. It is an improvement over GT6, but it's not a very big one in my opinion. To be honest, the AES cars in GT6 were pretty much on par with that.

Sorry I meant the sound GT always makes when it counts down 3...2...1 - couldn't think of a way to describe it but GT wouldn't be GT without it...

I do agreed with you in some points. Yesterday, my friend who's buying my T300 was playing GT6 on my wheel and he was doing the Aryton Senna's events, the sound of Toleman's car and the Lotus is really good for a GT game!!
But how the turbo sound is just too "clean", in the Bugatti's video in GTS, the turbo sound is really better, so improvement after all.

I wonder where PD got all their turbo and blow-off valve sounds from for GTS, as every one I've heard so far sounds identical to some free BOV sound pack I found online a couple of years back.

Yeah its a cool mix of what they showed 👍 I could sit all day if it was just 1000's beautiful scapes and cars one after the other but woudn't get any work done - do you have expensive editing software as it looks very smooth transitions between action etc:tup:

And here is another offscreen Community Event race recording from the event, this time at Brands Hatch and featuring an immaculate race from P Rennie. This one also includes the recognisable handle of Mike Hammer (which version though - Stacy Keach or Darren McGavin?) and others.

Yeah I'm not getting my hopes up to much to be honest but after the hype last year of PD being spotted going around in a hire car and now this rather random sponsor on his car seems intriguing. Fingers crossed lol
