yup, this is the place.Would this be a good place to post my stream recordings, or live streams when I go on again?

They really need to dial back that whine. It gets a bit annoying after a while.
Yeah. Thought the same. Other than that it's not too bad.Sounds pretty similar to me, PD only needs to make the engine sounds louder
My perspective of Race 1 from last night at Nürburgring
Not fair comparison tbh (GTS images were taken with Scapes), but still nice work and credits to those who make this. Also, nice touch with the music 👍. Good old days with GT4 right there
Is that a replay or live footage?
For some reason it only struck me when I saw this video just how much of the screen is taken up with UI, timers, turn in points, name plates, and all the rest of it. One of the best things about the game is how great it looks, yet it's obscured with all this...tat.
If it's a replay I can sort of understand where Polyphony is going, they want to feed the viewer as much information as possible so they know what's going on. If it's live...just let people drive the car. I know it's a video game, but I'm not sure it needs to be quite that gamey.

A couple of things caught my eye.
First, @RACECAR's 4wheel-steer nitro Megane.
And second, the text that pops up at the beginning of lap 3 regarding disqualification.
I can't say I've seen that message before, and wonder if anyone can elaborate.
Yes, I'm not sure how this system works.Ouch, gets booted off track and gets a 16.6 second penalty for it. The text was implying since they had such a large penalty they were going to be disqualified entirely. In other instances for small penalties the player is required to slow the car (let off the accelerator) for the amount of penalty time. Usually something like 2-5 seconds for cutting a corner.
I am surprised the cars did not ghost for that instance. It would seem they are testing and updating their ghosting logic in this beta, as last week cars were ghosting even when they should not have.
EDIT: On second review, the impact was not terribly bad, it just happened to be perfectly timed when the backend of the car was very light transitioning into the downhill section.
Live gameplay footage using PS4 Share. Is that a replay or live footage?
Because Tokyo track has the best atmosphere / lightingI don't like the new Tokyo track but the lighting is simply amazing in replays. At 7:24, it's like a car commercial. So majestic.

Sorry mate, I didn't mean cause you grief.Seriously hate seeing that with me. It bugs me to no end that I have no idea what is causing that and in the exact same fashion as it did with GT6 (and GT5), Happens with no other game.

After reading your posts discussing it I thought you might be interested in seeing it from another cars perspective.
My apologies.
