no no no no no no.... PD got it wrong sadly... it's tied to the rear of the car instead of front (DC, Forza...)

hope they fix it

EDIT: the camera should be fixed somewhere around middle of the car

I agree the camera somehow still locked at the rear instead in the middle, but good progress for the beta nonetheless. The chase cam now is a bit loose and you can see the front of your car when cornering.

Everybody who has access to the Beta forums, keep posting in my chase cam thread, it seems like they listend to it and if we have luck they do it again, I also assume adjusting the camera postions on each car will maybe take a little more time, if they dont use any specific algorythm

I think it might have been bugged when I tested it for that video. Chase-view rotation axis offset set to max will lock the camera to the rear even though I had it at zero. Here's another video after setting and resetting the chase-cam options. It no longer locks behind the car; was wondering why it looked and felt different from my Mustang vid after switching cars. :D
