But there is a solution for everything --> I got the GT-R this morning. Welcome to the Red Ant clan. Here I come. Will this also change my driving behavior? Can I resist? time will tell.
I have the GT-R already, but just fancied driving something different.

Great pictures man, what baffles me is that In AC you can do the tourist Ring track, GTS has all of that modeled and I bet we will not get the track.
Good point, but gts is in cooperation with the fia and aiming for competitive racing and not to be a "funracer" like other racing games. So it wouldn't make sense to include the tourist version (besides it's basically the same track).
The area in that section ist probably modeled, because of licensing and for overall looks.

I can understand that but I would not call AC a fun racer  and yes I know its pretty much same for the ring. I am not trying to sound corny but the tourist track In AC makes you really feel like you are at the ring. I was blown away how you can drive through the booth and the other configurations before actually getting on the ring. If GTS had anything similar it would give people a great experience.

Laughing is also important. My first rounds in a GT-R during warm-up. Seems that a couple of guys (or dolls?) are already heated up. Must be a hard day at kindergarten, school, work. hahaha. Too funny to notice all that frustration.
Come on it;s just a warming-up lap. Some (adult) kids will never learn

How can you forget @emula?

THIS sounds corny, but I've thought it would add to the immersion if we walk from wherever to the car and drive it onto the track. I mean come on. It would be neat.

Edit -

And it would be a way to look around your car. Admire what you're about to drive.

I think that adding the Nurb's tourist layout would be a amazing plus to the game.

I, and problably a lot of people that can't go the the green hell, watchs youtube videos of people doing track days on it, it would be amazing to do it on GTS, i do it on AC and love it.

Had some nice races again today, even though the matching system doesn't seem to work as good anymore. So many E rank drivers on every race I have.

First off, 2 great races at the Nurburgring Nordschleife with @Lord Protector. First one had a weird bug where 16th place started way ahead of the rest of us. Was really surprised when I suddenly saw him in front of me when I was driving in 1st. We thought he maybe drove in reverse and turned around again to be ahead of us but after checking the video this is not the case. You can see in the map that he's already way in front at the start. For some reason his position stayed 16th though.

Second one also with Pedro, 3 car battle at the end. :)

And another at Brands Hatch Indy. I'm a bit too slow there on some corner exits though, needs some work still. ;)

I'm even curious if they gonna put the GP track since it is featured back in GT6. Knowing this FIA based game, surely it would accepted (but it depends on PD decision too I guess). Also, it is because in recent days the GP layout is prefered as a new and more appropriate starting grid. I think races like N24 or other big races at Nurb these days didn't do starting grid in the old layout anymore like in 80's, instead they do start/finish at the GP track and then the track connected to Nordschleife. The Tourist layout is a nice idea too.

Nice competitive races!

Race 1: indeed funny/strange that @4:53 suddenly someone pops-up right in front of you?? Where's the blue flag when you need it ;)

Race 2: Thanks for sharing. I noticed your top speed is higher then I could get after the update. Have to play around with the gears I think? At the middle long straight my max doesn't go above 200km/u

Race 3: very nice to see that two drivers make extra room for you guys to let you race. They stepped aside even without the blue flag.

good races mate... in the 1st race, from my point of view it looked like I bumped you out of the karussel but now I see it was just you carrying too much speed to make it :D too many mistakes on my side in 2nd race but somehow I managed to catch you guys, probably because Pedro was somehow slowing you down (he set the fastest lap in Q tho :indiff: ) and the final straight was really close :D wish I was little bit further with you guys. 3rd race was quite easy for me, again, both of you have set faster time in Q and I was clearly able to increase the gap between us. In the 3rd lap of Brands Hatch, Pedro hit me in the rear in the 180 turn and probably got scared that I'm done for :D so he slowed down, probably too much just so you had a perfect oportunity to overtake him :D I managed to get out of the corner just fine tho :dopey:

hope you can manage to carry more speed thru the last corner asap :P

man the retail copy cannot come soon enough I'm sick of the same cars on grid (I mean the same livery  )

My observations on Evora+Nür.
The video starts with unintentional mistake where a rumble strip gets me in trouble. I also, among other things, try to replicate an accident at the infamous Schwedenkreuz section earlier in the video.

Enjoy!
