Seeing as it hasn't even been 2 years since GT6's release and considering PD's average development time per game, I'd say we have probably another 6-12 months before anything is even hinted at.

Speculation. There will be something shown at PS Experience and/or Tokyo Auto show. Based on what you ask? Hopes and dreams. Seriously though, I think we'll see something by the end of this year. It would be a wise business decision to do so.

GT6 is finished, it's only a matter of time.

I think the ideal is to unveil GT7 at PSX. But if PoDi made a GT event, that's fine too, as long as GT7 out before 2017....

16, if you count in the Bugatti and Hyundai (not in the game yet), then they're 18.

Depends on how many have dropped out that we're not aware of, or perhaps are too slow to make it into GT6. We won't know until GT7 launches.

This is just a list of SOME playable games on PSE, this is not a full list as author say. They will announce more games until PSE. If we see GT7 it will be probable just a trailer, not playable demo so there is hope and room for annonce.
Also there on list also Uncharted 4 is missing and it should be released in early 2016 and I really expect to see that game on Playstation Experience...

When they finally do a reveal it will be a surprise, I can't imagine they would put it on a manifest. I have hope for a trailer at PSX, but nothing to base that hope on besides Kaz saying it would be out before 2017.

They would probably put it in the manifest... but they would probably wait until the last minute to add it.

At least if PD were to feature bikes in GT7 it would be easy for them to acquire and scan a Domino's Pizza bike for the game.
