Some of the best drivers in the world have unconventional ways of holding the wheel which can vary a lot. I just stopped judging after I noticed that.
Thank God they did. That was my point. Driving at 13:50 is terrible. The Ferrari guy is doing that right.
"Keep your hands on 10 and 2 positions!"This thread went from a GTS update to a tutorial of how to steer a wheel lol.
So the lake I found is not in this zone. Which means that it could be either:
found this pic of where the lavender blooms are best
Man,this track will be big, some Isle of Man vibes.
So then there will be a discussion about tunnels XDI like that song, and it's getting more intense when they release every other video. I hope there's a tunnel.
Wait I've been doing it at 9 and 3 this whole time"Keep your hands on 10 and 2 positions!"
How about 9:14 and 2:46, is that oki doki?!Wait I've been doing it at 9 and 3 this whole time

Don't worry, you're good. 10 and 2 was only useful before power steering was invented.Wait I've been doing it at 9 and 3 this whole time
My life is a lie
So an interesting thought came up
What if for this next update that Kaz is only putting the teaser for the July update as showcasing the (potentially new) scapes on screen, and not the track? Maybe they’re not showing the track because that it would be too obvious to guess and that it would be easily identifiable.
My guess for the track is Paul Ricard.
Scapes are not 3d

A DS would be nice.Say, what if a Citroen DS was in this update as well? Heh heh.
Oh man you are not kidding that is the most beautiful car ever made and it's so well engineered even by today's standards.A DS would be nice.
Such pretty automobiles and so... revolutionary
True, he is over doing it pretty badly, but the general idea is correct Although, when I got my license, and got in a car for the first time alone, I pretty much forgot everything I learned and just drove as I felt necessary. Things like holding the wheel as I felt most comfortable etc. As long as you’re safe and comfortable there’s nothing really ‘wrong’Unconventional ways of holding the wheel doesn't mean the walk the wheel in 5 degree increments like that Ferrari driver is doing. That is absolutely atrocious. There is no way any professional racing driver in the world walks the wheel the horribly. I would be surprised if you can find any at all that do. Sure maybe some that hold the wheel different or at a different resting position. But basically every professional racing driver on planet Earth holds the wheel at 9 and 3 or 10 and 2 and definitely doesn't do any of that 5 to 10 degree turn and shift hands nonsense.
When driving a pass like that you might do one simple shift of your hands if you know you are going to need a ton of lock for a hairpin, but not that nausea inducing stepping he is doing.
Things that are taught in driver's-ed don't really apply to spirited driving.
All I want from this track is narrower roads(6 cars wide track of Alsace is awful) and not so much kerbs as Sierra (that looked unrealistic)

Somehow I want this track to be point-to-point. Seems like the landscape is perfect for a ride in the Alpine cars.
Honestly the best part of this forum 👍. Many people guess somethings trivial, sometimes with ridiculous effort.Always happened when there is a single tease from PD or Kaz and everyone started to play guessing game. Some even do further effort and deeper investigation for the sake of bridges and flowers! . Guess excitement, hype and curiousity is simply high in the air... That is what makes thread like this being likeable to most of us here. Keep up the good work guys!
