Well down to the basics, everyone that wants to participate must follow rules givin below.
#1 No gd cheaters! To ensure cheatlessness Some racers might have to supply a replay or screenshot (This isnt manditory, after all not everyone has a Sharkport or digi cam.)
#2 All cars must be stock! Only tune-up is oil change for all cars.
#3 No corner cuts!
#4 You pick a car, Your stuck with it.
#5 No Complaining about settings, unless your gonna get an angry mob againest me, then you have a chance of getting something changed
#6 You can try as many times as you want to get a time your happy with.
#7 Once times up, and you didnt send your time, you get a DNF for the race (0 points)
#8 Have Fun.

Ok, Qualifying starts Saturday 12:00AM and ends Sunday 11:59PM (should be enough time right?)
Then the race will last the week, and so on.
