does anybody know how to convert the replay files to movie files? cuz i bought an xport so i could get the replays to my comp and make them into vids...but i cant =[

does anybody know how?

The Xport/Sharkport merely transfers Replay Files to the computer. The PS2 is the device that interprets them and runs the videos replay. If you want to record Replay Videos on the computer you need a graphics card with TV input in your computer (I use a Sapphire ATi Radeon 9200 128Mb ViVo). Then you plug the PS2 TV output into the graphics card input (my card accepts S-Video or Composite), tune the card in to the PS2 signal, run the replay on the PS2 and record it, using whatever propriatory video recording system you can grab a hold of (most vid capture cards come with one).
