Always the same people when it comes to technical subjects GTXLR

I don't see it as over-analysing. I have the impression that the FF in GT3C is more realistic then the FF in GT4P.

Most of all, I don't like the fact that everytime I let someone try out my simulator-cockpit, I have to explain there's nothing wrong with the steering wheel ...
... and still try to defend that GT4P is a very realistic simulator ...

if there is a problem with the FF of the steering wheel, I hope the final version of the game will have fixed some of these bugs.

I bet from the BMW demo till now there have had to be some tweaking done
so lets hope Kaz's drive to perfection didn't leave the steering wheel aspect behind

I never had GT3C, so cant really compare to that, and only ever occasionaly used the old Wheel at a friends house on GT3, as never invested till now.
Im pretty happy that once you get used to and accept the nuances of the wheel, You can really start to refine your laps, But im not the experienced real life racer (a little bit of sports driving and track days is all), so taking it purely from a gaming perspective it will do for me.


In fact It has the opposite effect in my house.
My wife a competant competition driver of old, actually fully appreciates the feeling of GT4P with the new wheel, and until i got the wheel actually hated playing it.
Although she does conceed its not totally a true representative effect, but she is very impressed, at the feel and is actually looking forward to giving GT4 a go.
Something that never happened in the past.

Cool... Can't really relate to your situation there, GTXLR... but sounds interesting anyway...
