If they let you do that though, PD would be shooting themselves in the foot unless they charged you for the privelidge. They wouldn't be able to get people to by the concept games if the new cars were available all the time.
If they made an add on function like PC games it would be great. the growth of the car industry means in 3 years between GT3 and GT4 is such a mess. too many cars to model.
