As far as voting goes, I have made it final, If you vote for yourself, winning or losing, your vote will not count so you may as well not even vote then. The true winner should win with other people's support, not theirs. If you don't like this rule, don't participate. This will be enforced.

The first car being sideways and the Rx-7 trying to pass on the rumble strip while the Subaru in the background is jumping over a rumble strip is pretty exciting to me.

My vote goes for the entry with the Subaru WRX STi Impreza Rally Car and the Evo Lancer Rally Car getting some nice hang time.I don't know what it is about that picture...but it just looks great.

Not to mention any names...but I don't know how some of these passed as the "Excitement of Motorsports".

Technically, the 3rd pic from the bottom (JGTC Woodone Supra & red NSX) is not a legit entry. The red NSX is actually a prototype LM race car.

It's a nice pic though, one of the candadates I was gonna vote for.

Yay! Second time I have made it inot the top 20, last time was in the DTM Battles at Apricot Hill I think. But this is great, lets hope I do better than my 1 vote last time.

Hmm. I think the overall quality of the photos was'nt too bad, but they have been better in weeks past. I think the theme was kind of bla, and I had trouble snapping a photo I felt captured the theme. And I did'nt make it in for only the 2nd time, but oh well... And I did'nt know that you could use the tunner cars? I did'nt think they were race cars... But anyway, I voted for the rally shot of the Lancer and Impreza going over the jump.👍

I changed mine like 4 times lastnight...I just couldnt find one that I felt fit the theme.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not saying mine fit any better than somoe of the ones up there of course, but....

I think the themes need to either be extremely strict down to the car and track, or it needs to be extremely open. This theme was kind of restricted, but farily open, and as you can see, it did'nt provide many good pics. One thing that I think killed it was that it was restricted to race cars.👎 Race cars are boring to take pics of. I think it's going to be the same for next weeks theme too that Slick picked. I am still gonna try to enter, but it's just kind of bla! I think more "Stlye" type of themes are much better and bring out the best of this photomode we all love. Now if I could only win one of these competitions, I have a really great theme in mind!

I hope Slick doesnt suspend me for 2 weeks for this!

What says "excitement of motorsports" more than a race car? How is a picture of a race car more boring than a picture of a regular street driven car?

I thought the theme was actually pretty good, but some pics just dont fit the theme, anyway i voted for the TT-R pic and ill look forward to seeing your theme if you win. 👍

when youve only made 4-5 top 20s, it always looks doubtfull. heh.
