I think the original dealship photo which Evo using is really good
simply the best you can find in google
and I still can't find any background to use yet
I have gone thru interior, dealership and showroom
not too many choices so far ....
Guess I have to make a DIY version

Nice work, however Im not too sure about some of the cars being in focus and some being quite blurred. The picture ideally should all be in focus due to the range... but its your call. 👍

When I resized (using the free transform tool) them, some slid out of focus a little bit (not sure why). But I'm happy with the end result.

they go out of focus, cause the computer anti-alias's them .. which blurs the lines a bit, in an attempt to make the lines less jagged. [i wish gt4 was vector] hehe

one possibility is that you free transformed them more than 1 time
oh well ... if you still have the psd file, you may wanna sharpen each Lancers
despite of the blurry cars, layout is really great

anyway .... I am looking forward to see Toad and suzq's work
since you two are good at vectors graphic

i tried a couple of times, but it looked horrible, so no. I'm not going to enter this week

I started mine last night
only finished the floor texture and 1 car
could be done more but I got forced to watch AFV

3 more cars and showroom ceiling are waiting to get in
hope I can finish them by tonight
and I still haven't started my custom concept car yet
too many compo too little time

if anyone can help, I will be really appreciated

If I have more time, these are the things I wanna add
-car description boards beside all cars
-racing pictures on the wall
-hang a 155 DTM from the ceiling
-install some light bulbs
-Alfa Flag outside the building
-some used Alfas outside the building
-rework the glass

Competition will be ending tomorrow 8-14-2005
I do believe that this has shown me that even given 2 weeks for a harder comp there will not be an influx of entries, I do know that I'm am partly to blame for getting this week up late, but there has been ample time to provide more than 2 entries

all future themes will only be for one week

I updated my Final Entry back on Page 2. I just sharpened the cars a bit after they were antialiased when I free-transformed them.
