damn!!

moving from one city to another again... so, í´m submitting already, after only one 90 minute session...:indiff:

1´21´x43.

there was at least 0´5 second there for me...

i loved the car, and really loved the track. the only problem is the lack of markers, but the flowing and the challenge is great...

great combo in my opinion:tup:

Personaly I don't like this combo, I don't like that car and the track is just.... tarmac and tarmac, I feel very very alone driving there, but as a circuit is very demanding, that's the only thing I like.
Made a few laps and my best was a crappy 1'23.
MAYBE I'll try it again later

My time now would be a 1'28.999.

Either the track is really smooth, or this car is really good at soaking up the road irregularities without feeling mushy. And unlike what I have heard before the brakes seem to work really good, its probably the RSS tires.

Alright, its war you want its war you get! LOL. ...maybe...lol. Great job Andrew! Now Fabio and Scott and myelf need to catch up ;) Does it ever feel like Div. 1 is a HUGE dogpile that we stuck on the bottom of? hehehe....j/k.

Jerome

well there is a bit fo a difference between the top and bottom Div 1 drivers, but speak for yourself at the bottom of the dogpile.. :sly:

1'21.x12
Another hour wasted, er, invested... Further 0.25" gained tonight so far (don't know if I'll go back or not) and that was with a bit of a tail-out scar rounding the second to last corner.

Still losing tenths in every corner though...

BTW, 90 minutes!? harumph! Maybe I'll limit myself to 3 hours every week and accept a demotion to D2!

Nice to see you over here SkylineGoes and welcome, would be great that more people from the Photomode area come here

This was my first attempt at the WRS...

128.126:yuck:

I admit I'm not the best GT player, but this sucks compared to some of the other times out there.

I don't have the capability to put the replay on the computer to show you all, and have you help me with what I'm doing wrong.

Oh well... It's still a fun game nonetheless...:)

Im in the high 1'25's :( I have only played with this combo for about half an hour.. not to into it this week for some reason....
I'll give it some effort today and see what i come up with....Later kids :)

I think 1'21's are impossible! I tried it again today and made it 1'23.xxx, but I can't understand how you guys get it done in 1'21.

And thanks sar! I was surprised too to see so few photomoders in WRS. I'm glad to be one of us :)

Know what I'd like to see? Curtis' (or any other NTSC alien for that matter) first 30 lap session. PLEASE consider taking a week of Arcade mode and doing a few laps just to get the gearing figured out, then save a replay of 20-30 laps so I can see the progression and learning curve.

All of these guys in the 1'21s in less than a couple of hours are astounding! I've put in 6 hours + this week (more than in a while) to get into the 1'21s and though I see a few more tenths, I'm for SURE not gonna break into the 1'20s...

Anyone game? :^)

I know it's probably a GT mode race next week so it'd be difficult since you have to drop in and out to tune, but seriously, as a public service! Someone please! :^)

Had a session at this a couple days ago and got 1'21.xxx. Took me about 30 min to get into the 1'21's and another 45 min or so to reach low 1'21's.

aww, good car, bad track, no time!!! I might get a run in tonight or tomorrow morning, but I think ill be shooting for dead last in div 1..

hi, had one session about 4 days ago but havent had a chance to post my time, i used the ds2, and i tried to drift certain corners, which is required to maintain cornering speed i tbelieve

1'20.9x6

this will be the time for me this week, i think its a challenging and ultimately lucky combo, particularly the last 2 corners.

where have you been hiding the last few WRS's???

where have you been hiding the last few WRS's???

He's probably been over at GTRP, you should join and download some of his replays, they are insane!!! Particularly his rallying and ice races, utterly ridiculous how well the dude drives....oh and be sure to get the license test where you have to take the Yellowbird through the last few corners of Trial Mountain (I forget which license test it is) that's also ridiculously fast and also shows really clever use of the finish line.

Back on topic though...I'm submitting my time, I haven't been able to beat my old lap so I'm submitting a 1'21.xxx could THIS be my first Div win....we'll see????

[EDIT]
I also notice veilsidebr lurking around...are we gonna see a comeback to WRS?
[/EDIT]

thanx mister weary, that yellow bird test ur referring to is IA7, i recently did a 32.325 there, and that clever use of the finish line u were talking about, its not clever at all, its pointless, haha, cya next week guys

1'20 ! :D
Time submitted..

Btw you still got some work on A16 Dan. :D :)

I know!

i watched ur A16 replay, INSANE. top drive, thats almost perfect aceept for the last corner maybe where u dropped down to 103 probably due to nerves. and nice wrs time aswell:tup:

Sorry Drew, I'm submitting with a pretty poor time :(

Couldn't get into this week at all .. I'm rusty after my holiday anyway, but this track was a little too technical, the car really twitchy with the gears, it understeered just a hair too much (under my foot, anyway), and the lack of markers made the whole thing more difficult than my sub-par skills can handle.

I improved half a second tonight in the first 2 laps, and then spent half an hour chasing myself or struggling to get around the first corner (literally).

Thanks for the opportunity to drive this car Flat-Out ... nothing against your combo ... it was just too tough for little old me.

Submitting my pathetic 2.5 hour attempt at this week. I doubt I'll do next week's race, cuz I got my wheel finally! So I'll be busy learning how to drive :sly: 👍 for the next who knows how long...lol. If anyone wants some pics of my clever lil' cockpit I'll post them soon in the cockpit thread, laters all. Oh, and I did re-run my Qualifier race and blew away my old time in 20 min by 1.4 seconds....so all this work the last what 7 months or so have truly paid dividends!
