Time Submitted. Pretty Poor. But I wasn't a fan of this week. This will be a bad start to D1 for me.

Tried a few AI settings and gave up. I like the car, and I like the track, but for some reason, this week just doesn't give me the urge to keep trying. I'm submitting the time I got from my first session... Crappy T1 and thus full first lap and all.

yes, i have the same feeling, because of the stupid AI. i liked better the 10 or 7 laps races we did before... that´s more like a multilapper. tha concept of handicapping in this race was cool, but the AI ruined for me... played less than 90 minutes total, nothing clean to submit:tdown:

Had AI on 3, submitted the only clean run i got, some close misses but no touches.

18 submissions so far (8 div1, 5 div2, 5 div3) and we already have a tie on div1 podium

a tie! cool, i remember that happened twice so far in 42 weeks of action... now the third time...

Had some more submissions in div1, and the tied times are not on the podium anymore :nervous:

I loved this weeks race despite the AI. Perhaps d3 had it easy, but the AI wasn't terribly in the way for me. But in any case, I liked the "handicap" style this week. I think in a future race if the same idea could be implemented without the AI, it would be cool.

Time submitted. My t-times LOOK competitive, but I'm willing to bet that the section between t2 and the finish line killed me. lol I loved this week's race. I hope that next weeks will be just as competitive.

Hey Neil,

you might want to try using the WingMan drivers, found here.
That way, your DFP will be recognized for what it is 👍
(click on Latest Software, your Operating System, and then download the Logitech Gaming Software 4.60 - assuming you have Windows XP).

The software also comes with a nice interface through which you can adjust a lot of options.

But yeah, if you are serious about PC Racing Games, Live for Speed is the best way to go. Once you get used to the "real" physics, the driving experience is just fantastic 👍

rFactor is quite good, also. But I think LfS is way better.

The Wizard.

Thanx for the drivers link Matteo, have them downloaded waiting to be installed.

Submitted. Not much more than an hour into this one.

While the handicap race is fun, you lose the ability to rate and rank to evaluate promotions and demotions so you really can't have too many of these.

I may have a good shot at last OVERALL because of the handicap though! Should be interesting...

Ran faster, but found I couldn't prove that I didn't touch on one of my passes :( Never was able to do that time again..sigh, was almost .75 quicker overall..
Nice test this week, between agressive and timing in the early part of this weeks run :) ..... I agree in that I loved it :) hated it ! LOL ... to make such good runs only to find that I brushed a car :(
