if you have trouble with them hittin you in the arse, put them on crapper tyres.
ROB 256RI can't understand the lack of participants this week. I thought the combo would go down a treat. i had another session today and managed some great splits, just not all in the same 2 laps. Saw a 17.9 T1 and a 55.2 T2 but my first lap was rubbish which meant my race time was no better than my previous best.
Thank you for thinking about me, SHigSpeed 👍SHigSpeedI'll be DLBF (dead last but finished for the AI (acronymn impaired)) in D1 but oh well...

holzlondonOK, this may just be the run I'm going to submit. After 3 days, I finally got an improvement. And it was 2 seconds better than my previous best. Thing is, I wasn't even concentrating on the lap. My mind just wandered on to the great mystery of the world (women), and my time was 2 seconds quicker.
ballstothewallSubmitted my slow but clean race.
Not touched it for a day or so.
Looking to be dead last in D2.
Reason for not playing: Dug out my PC copy of Need for speed-porche 2000 (unleashed to the colonials)
Having so much fun, using my DFP plugged into the pc (yes it works and is recognised as a Driving force MOMO wheel) in 900 degree mode.
If you ever want a game to teach you subtle driving and the feel of under/oversteer, try this one.
It runs on anything ( I have it set @ 1280x1024, full screen, max detail etc) and it flies! And my PC is not super fast.
Anyway, good luck to all, and Laters dudes and dudet's

veilsidebrTry out Live for Speed(wich works in 900 degree) or even GTR or Rfactor. They are the best games and most real.
I used to play NFS porsche alot also in the past, its a quite nice game.
Hey Neil, ballstothewallHaving so much fun, using my DFP plugged into the pc (yes it works and is recognised as a Driving force MOMO wheel) in 900 degree mode.
ballstothewallLive for speed, I haven't tried,
GTR, I have played, and found to be VERY twichy (very realistic, but not FUN to play),
RFactor, I haven't even heard of, so can't make a comment.
But NSF Porsche 2000/Porsche unleached is a FANTASTIC game featuring full feedback, great graphics, realistic physics and realistic AI, all in a game released in 2000!
Try it,
It's out on white label/Gold-label, budget etc, and cost me £4.99 when I needed to replace my original.

Man, I have NO idea how you're getting around both the first two cars right there... If I try to pass them on the left I just get shuffled out off the track to the left... ARGH!ballstothewallWell, this is an interesting and frustrating combo, init?
My first laps are fine, if not brill (for me at least)
24.065
1'02.266
Second laps are seriously in need of work.
18.623
56.341
Running the Cusco Subaru Advan blah blah blah
250 top speed, AI set to +2 & R3's
Passing the Asparadrink and the superautobacs before and into the first chicane (both on the left)
Passing the Subaru '03 rallycar in the mini straight, and the Razo into the 2nd chicane (again both on the left)
Passing the Lancer Evo at T1 (on the right)
happy with that line-up and methodology for passing them, just not too chuffed about the second lap.

MinorShuntHad my first real go at the combo tonight. Lotssa fun! In the MR-S, and still using the same AI setup as what I posted at the start of the week.
L1
T1: 24.048
T2: 1'01.687
L2
T1: 18.075
T2: 55.796
Not bad, but made some mistakes that cost me on both laps. If I get a chance to run again, I should be able to pick up another .5 anyway.
I found an AI setup using level 5 and R2's that I can come within .1-.15 of
holl01's L1-T2 time, but I have not been able to do it clean with the AI. It seems impossible to do clean, but then again, Dan has a habit of pulling off the impossible! 1'01.2xx is just HUGE! 👍
