My first, and probably final splits this week. Just had a nice long session, without using the grass-crete, and only made a slight mistake, maybe .1 left in it, .05 in each of the first 2 sectors.

26.739 (26.698)
57.572

YIN
a stupid question,have div2 or 3 guys ever beat the div1 guys???:D

Hee I did once! I didn't beat all div 1'ers, but I beat 2 or 3 and finished with a time that would have been silver in div 1, gold in div 2 by 2 seconds!

Ok here are my splits, 30 minutes for my first session! :D
T1 - 27.304
T2 - 58.549

What I can say is that this combination is AWESOME. I love it! Nice car, nice track, nice evrything! 👍
More like this please, Cyril!

*Drool* Gonna make a run on this one :)

Nope, never happened. And if the usual ho-ho's ever race it will NEVER happen.

I should dramatically reduce my testing time then. :D
I spend about 20-30 hours in admin for week 72, about one hour for week 73, searching on google, running 2 laps, taking the pics and typing the post all included.

YIN
have people ever win overall????
As Jerome said, no. Which proves that the division system works well. 👍

Hey new splits! Another 3/4 hour of racing brought these:
T1 - 26.964
T2 - 57.953

My time is now under a certain milestone I wanted! :D

Well, I was able to run 3 laps before work time....

28.010
1'01.234

These times include power sliding every corner due to the awesome over steer:scared:

Just gave Steven a few tips (Actually a whole guide) to the track, gear-wise.
The suggestions are only what works for me, but he's off to try it now. Any major improvements? Thank me !

Ran a ...

With a DS2 I just returned the DFP I run slower with it like ROB does so If it anint broke dont fix it.

T1- 27.399

T2- 59.1XX

I need to find where I am losing time...

T1 27.618
T2 59.459

Still playing around and powersliding around for the most part so I expect to get a lot quicker by the end of the week.

Sports soft's and no aids.

Darren.

Hi guys i having a little trouble with the double left hander section in T2 just before the hill. Iv found if i turn and then brake so that it drifts a little at the first part of the double left. Then brake again with the throttle full on to hit the curb on the second left. What do you think cos i seem to be loosing .500+ From T1-T2

I did a few laps today, and with the time I got I think I know what times
div1 drivers will be getting. I don't have my T times but I may post them later.

Edit:
Here are my T times.

T1-27:786
T2-59:821

Had to tear myself away from the PS2 last night, I needed sleep but the combo had me glued. :sly:
I'll spend more time again on this tonight, I'm hoping to shave a fair bit more time off yet!

rep points for you my friend.
i tried MT on ben's remarks but i guess my old brain is not (yet) fit for it. but it feels like it is a setback when you use AT in this car 'cos it needs high revving all the time - it feels like a turbo car with a huge turbohole.

anyways, improved my lap a bit but with lower t's so i won't show them :guilty:

Thanks Steven. :)

By Bigracer's reccomendation, Here are the gears I use for this track.
Here goes then..

As you get to the first corner, knock down to 2nd gear, stay there for the corner and when exiting, change up very far past the redline.
In 2nd, you can change up as late as 75 mph.
3rd - 106 mph.
4th - 133 mph.
The only time you shouldn't go to that speed is the right just before the large concrete slab just before T1.

Anyway. As said above change into 4th for that corner (It works for me) and change down into 3rd when you are in the left.
Go down to 2nd for the corner before the tunnel, and then 2nd gear for the right before the next tunnel.
Try to exit as fast as possible. As you approach the long double-left, try to stay in 3rd, and remain in 3rd for the whole turn. On the straight, you'll be high into the redline near the braking point, try to stay in 4th if possible.
Go into 3rd for the left that follows, and switch up as usual, going to the speeds I reccomended. Stay in 4th for the last left hander, and continue on the straight.

As I have said to Steven, this is what I like so people can bend and change it to suit their driving style.
I hope that it may help some people. :)

By the way, this isn't meant to patronise anyone either.

Some quick splits

T1 - 26.738
T2 - 57.666

Hopefully 1 second overall to get.
