Another quick go last night...

T1 26.930 Been faster but not much.
T2 58.484

I was regularly getting into the 57's at T2 but developed a habit of ****ing up the final turn. :ouch:

I'll have to see what a last minute Tuesday night session will bring? :D :sly:

Darren.

Tell me about it! It happened to me too, afther what I turned off the console for a while
But as I said before: who said it had to be a perfect lap ;)

really wanna know what omelettes and z-reserve will be doing this week. there could be a huge difference between t2 and L performances ...

uh...
well... crap.
I've had a work accident this friday, flesh wound on a finger...
This comes untimely, indeed. As I didn't focused on working on my lap...
I'll still give it a try... or post something at least. :guilty:

I'm hoping to improve my time tonight, I'm seeing .5 faster but keep screwing a corner up!

These Div02 guys are really pushing it! 👍
I'd better go practice some more.

tried really hard on this better-than-thought combo (thanks to the track and less to the car) but can't get past the 1 minute border at t2. so i'll quit for now, submit, and spend my time on the final round of dan's 2.3.

truly hope cyril delivers 74 early this week - can't wait (again) LOL.

👍 👍 👍

btw :dunce: my daughter celebrated her 12th yesterday - thanks for the gtp/msn people who said happy returns. we're a village!

edit still don't know very well who this bloke peter is or what he meant to the racing society. if anyone cares to drop a few lines ...

There's an article HERE about Peter Brock's accident from an Australian news site.

There are plenty of links on there that should give you an insight into his long and successful career Steven, or anyone else who'd like to check it out obviously. 👍

Darren.

Back from the trip, and guess what? It's 8PM, I'm dead-tired (had 3 hourse of sleep in 48hours), and sister watches a movie. Again. Let's hope a tomorrow-afternoon session will improve my lap, which is currently almost a whole second behind Steven. That means, Racing hard IS neccessary.

yes metar, cos NO ONE wants to finish behind steven, now don't we?
if so you'd be a REAL loser ... no one is as slow as bigracer aka mrbottomofthelist.

T1 26.969
T2 57.905

Time submitted.

Nice combo,again.👍

I didn't get to work on this any more because I have been working on the 2.3
championship(staying up till 5AM is not good). So I will send in the time I have now.

Submitting times now, still not sure which division im in though.

T1 - 27.282
T2 - 58.477

No, because I have splits that are a bit faster, only I've lost a second and a half on the 2 turns after T2. That's why I have to improve the finish. Coming last or first doesn't matter.

Dear Rob, I now love you  (Only metaphorically of course).
Thanks to you I have now cut .3 from my time. And that only took 3 lap attempts. Roll on tonight for a last minute dash!

T1 27.075
T2 58.083

Time submitted
But i could have done better if only i could have linked up my best splits.:boggled: :dopey:

As the venerable "Madison Avenue" once said:

You know I don't belong to you
It's time you knew I'm not your baby
I belong to me, so
Don't call me baby!

Time Submitted. Splits are worse (by a ~second), but I'm satisfied with my finish, and this car starts making me seasick. Good combo, though, but the car should need a stiffer suspension and sturdier chassis.

See, Steven, now you're the one with the best splits, too, but I'm happy with my lap, so I give up.

I'm currently without an internet connection : my ADSL modem has broken down this week-end and I'm expecting a new one from my provider.
Meanwhile, I'm online only when my neighbour is online too (he uses an unprotected wifi access point :mischievous: ) but I can't decently knock on his door and ask him to switch the AP on when he's offline.
So perhaps I won't be able to post the results tonight.

Ooh you sneaky...:mischievous:

I'll PM my time in now then and get on with week 74 which I've been informed is already up. 👍

See you soon Cyril.

Darren.

Sumitted :) .
I'm happy with my time although with 1 extra hour I could have gotten an even better one. Thanks again rob for that, that really helped me.
👍 To an excellent week.

EDIT: Forgot to add my splits!

T1 - 27.007
T2 - 57.632

Not the very best finish, but it's ok.
