It's kind of fun when you see that you're about to not stay on the track on an exit of a turn and then get the car sideways a bit to claw towards the inside... If that made any sense... 👍

I wish this car was modeled better... Judging by that video, it should handle a good bit stiffer, probably have better gearing, and definitely have a higher redline.

Watching my replay I can see every single twitch I make with the joystick to steer the car. It's so SOFT?!

I've been updating the leaderboard on a weekly basis for 2 years, I just don't want to deal with that again right now. It's too early, I still need to enjoy my free time
BTW, there are not many submissions yet, 14 hours or so before deadline, which means that the spots on the podium are still reachable.

submitting my crappy times now too. it's been a great combo this week. after about 20 laps i got the hang of it and did some great starts and some great finishes BUT NEVER IN THE SAME LAP regretfully. so where it at first looked like i could sort of improve like marouane did, regretfully it didn't work out. maybe i should have tried even more laps ...

aw man no time for the PS2 since my last post , been runing around trying to get my college admin. red-tape cleared before the first day of the class , guess I'll just submit the times from the pervious post-pack up the PS2-and prepare for the first day of classes.

Just checked the leaderboard WOW!! inferno not only 'schooled' me but some more Div2 racers too, he's just pulled away from the rest of the Div3 and is fighting in the Div2 pack, CONGRATS!! , your strengths must be in road courses cuz ur really shining here. 👍

I am be outta the runing now but the rest of you still on the track, keep diggin' and aim for the top before the deadline.

Thanks a bunch man. i used to be in div 2 with the GT3 WRS but when we switched to GT4, replay verification became required and well, i didnt have a max drive so i just dropped out. I did run the qualifyer way back then and got myself placed in div 3 but this is only like the third or fourth GT4 WRS i've been in. I even impressed myself with this one. if i can keep this up maby i'll even break back into div 2.

Time sent, this was an oddball for me I normally prefer light cars with lower power and grippy tires but this was still fun.

Well I attacked a few corners a little bit different, and came to the conclusion that this car is actually rather well-mannered without driving aids or racing tires... despite having 710 hp. Just brake early and turn smoothly.

may aswell post a replay while i'm still up, and seeing as how its only a few hours from the deadline, i enjoyed the combo, car had interesting rear tendencies at times but still a blast as usual flatout:tup:

Neither this one, nor any of the other replays you sent me over MSN was a La Sarthe replay. I attached the bunch, all renamed with time (according to filename) and track... There was one double file (Camaro LM @ Suzuka) with two different time-names, which might be why the La Sarthe replay is missing from the bunch. Darn filesize limits, so it's two zips.

ps.. anyone besides me that havin huge problem of getting that little disc to start up in my ps2/slim! i have to reboot almost 20-30 times before he finds the disc! abit anoying.....

Usually the results are up within minutes of the deadline. But this week is different because Colby is returning from vacation today and Cyril might have left it for him to do.
