Mitsubishi Red Solid will have 3 shades: light, medium, and dark. Let me know on the chips.

Confirm 2 shades of Mitsubishi Galaxy White Pearl as noted.
Confirm 2 shades of Mitsubishi Cool Silver Metallic: light almost purplish and dark.
Confirm 2 shades of Nissan Gun Gray Metallic: light and dark.
Confirm 2 shades of Volkswagen Reflexsilber Metallic: light and dark.

There may be a third shade of Toyota Super Red II (medium?)

2.12 WIP OP updated with the Mitsubishi Red Solid. Also took a note for that Toyota.

It might be my eyes, but I think it's going to be 3 shades. Let me know when you get there if you need the chips.

Can you send the three Lotus Titanium Metallic? Can't find a third shade among mines.

Just wondering why a Mitsubishi FTO Super Touring isn't listed in the dark blue colour (which I don't think has any number). I'm pretty sure it's a common colour too. :)
It's listed as Indigo and the number is #8

My Dark Blue (Indigo) FT Super Touring doesn't have the number 8 on it. What does this mean? :ill:

My white one in contrast does have a number, number 3 (as listed in the database).

How did you acquire the car?

Honestly, I can't remember. But I can check tomorrow how much mileage it has which should give some indication.

EDIT: Here's a picture of all the FTO's. Seems the only ones that have numbers is the white #3 and yellow #7, and then I think you've listed the numbers of the colours as they were in GT4. No problem, I was just curious. :)

OK, a couple of things:

1) Knowing Duck as I do, I don't think he would throw numbers in there without some sort of verification. I really don't think he would pollute this database with information from GT4 at all.

2) The reason I asked how you got it is to determine its "cleanliness." Some cars lose certain elements when they are painted. Whether or not painting an FTO Super Tourer will cause it to lose its number, I do not know for sure. It is one explanation for why your car doesn't match the database number but DOES have the same (or a similar color).

3) Sharing the car or posting a picture of the car from your garage with as much data readable will help.

There's a good reason for that. There isn't one. My mistake. I think I confused it with Storm Titanium. I can confirm only 2 shades of Titanium Metallic. I'm sorry for the mistake.:dunce:

That's not a problem ;)

You should at least have a white box right down the mirrors, and you need a very high contrast screen (which I don't have) and the right view angle to see it. This is what someone told me about the same question. Aside of this, you are right: the number is almost unreadable. I also tried with mygranturismo.net pics image enhancing but wasn't able to see it. I will have another try with my own shoots, but only have one or two FTO in my garage.

EDIT: I must admit that there is a possibility people just kidded me and they claimed GT4 car numbers just like you are arguing 👎

There is number:
Wrong angle to see 👍

Here you see it on right angle 👍

Those are damn hard to see, but if you put your screen brightnes lower then they are easyer to see

I think I can just see the bottom part of the 8... I believe you.

Problem solved, but it makes me wonder why the numbers have been diluted of their solid black colour from GT4. :indiff:

Duck, Thanks for the list! Good job! For me i only collect all the color for different types of NSX. Your list is very useful for me!!

There is number
....
Thank you. I missed many FTO in UCD, in early days. Checking all the versions is beyond my actual possibilities

Thank you, NSX lover. :)
I'm glad that all the pending NSX versions were all confirmed in game (referring to this list - all the NSX pendings were solved)

Nissan Fairlady Z Version S (Z33) '02 Sparkling Silver (M) I think its a typo as the car in my UCD just now is Spak Silver Metallic

Sharky can't confirm this car...Nissan Fairlady Z Version S (Z33) '02 Sparkling Silver (M)...so it seems is a fake color...

At the rate I'm checking paints (rate? another week with very little playing :( ) I think I will able to exclude all the unconfirmed ones with 2.12. If also will have a new DLC, even better.

Toyota SOARER 430SCV '01 in Black does not gift a paint chip. I can send it to you if you'd like.

My total paint chips count only go up as high as 3245
Am I just hit the limit ? :scared:
I need to delete some of the unwanted paint chips, in order to get new colors from daily login ? 💡

I can also confirm the Audi A2 1.4 '02 Piedmont Red Pearl Effect as it just came up on my UCD. It does give paint chip also.

OK, the Mazda has been moved, and the german cars deleted, so I no more have cars confirmed by only 1 mate.

Thanks for sharing :)
I can add: the chip total in browser is BUGGED. It shows you the total entry (the number of rows) in the list. In includes chips added in multiple rows (whatever they are unique or not) but DOESN'T include chips with total of 2 or more. Example (absurd): if you have only Gold chromes in your paint box, say 5000 of them, the browser will show you only 1 total chips 👎

So far, we only have the following:

Sharing a photo showing switches, car and chip paint OR sharing it online, is the best proof you can provide. This, IF I remember to update the list according to it :dunce:
