woooooo! feels so good seeing my name in this 'actual' tournament. Thanks to the OP for setting this up and thanks to all participating members for their support of drifting. Good luck and see one of you in the finals.

Sorry guys, it was always first come best dressed. As for the draw, i tried my best to keep team mates seperate in round 1, but the bracket randomises round 2.

The bracket shows different line up now
It must finally have updated it's embedded image to match the list

I see alot of 1 sidedness here leaning to Sai... Sai's amazing but some may be better and there may even be a hidden diamond in there somewhere

So, the matchups have been mixed up but what about the time of when we're supposed to battle, is that going to be set by the competitors or will you set out the time?

Stavingo

The matchups now match the time list. If any are still out of whack just tell me and I'll fix it up.

Looking at that bracket... I feel sorry for jef118  Match-ups look good.

(MonsterGAUZ... Looks like Im getting a lot more practise in before that battle...)

Don"t matter who jef going againts you never know he this might beat sai. SO : D Good Luck JEF:) but good luck to both.

Eh, my bracket will turn out to be interesting.

EDIT: By the looks of it if the H2H first round starts on the 26th of December I'll be on holidays between the 27th or 28th to the 2nd of January, so I may have to reschedule my battle.

I was going to put off registering until a couple of days but then I saw by then all spots would be gone.

I'm using my FT-86 G and have been tuning the suspension, LSD and gearbox to best suit the track. One thing good about the section is that the first 2 corners open out instead of tighten like they do going forward.

How else is everyone entering Panasonic? I'm using a long handbrake entry at the minute, I think most people are feinting.

Ok guys, i've decided to completely dispose of the challonge bracket- it courses far to much hastle. Instead i will organise each round as i did the 1st, match people according to times and try to avoid putting team mates against each other. So, instead of the bracket i have put up a list in the OP with PSN names and times. The opponent listed there is the one you will face, so please add them as a PSN friend.

I understand the holiday week can be troublesome to people that go away etc. so if you need to reschedule, just PM me and i'll push your battle back a week, or if that time doesn't work either you can message your opponent and figure it out personally. If you do that though, make sure you tell me so i can sort out a judge. Make sure however, that it is scheduled before Sunday the 8th of january, as round 2 will start the following day.

Whats happening with the red and blue dots? Are they clipping points that are required or something else?

I have a question. The time by our name is the time we compete? And that time is our timezone?

inner and outer clipping points i think.

has anyone watched a replay of their runs? the camera work is brilliant.

Come to think of it, your right. The clipping points are fine for me to hit.

My drift car is already picked out and practice has began, Can you say angle? :sly:

Well practice has begun, and the lead into turn 1 is to long. I'm entering close to 110-115 mph with a speed match. It it just how much speed is being carried and its the easiest way to shed speed quickly and still hit the clipping points.

There is a inner lane that ends at a orange barrier that leads into the pit lane. Near the solid whit line the crosses the track right after the sign the goes over the road.

I still think the section is way to long and all the good tandem shots will be up to Geti Curve.

I was starting at the tip of the center line that ends on the straight before the corner. If you check the replays in practice the judges will get a full view of the take off.

Thats where I start too. From there I put it in 3rd and slide it into the corner with the handbrake. I've been using a lot to adjust entry and angle into Netz and Panasonic. Very fun
