GT5 Hybrids

I'm a bit confused about something. Are these latest hybrids coming from hacked consoles, a beta version of the garage editor or from somewhere else? I'm only asking for curiosities sake as I have no interest in hacking my console and I wouldn't think about using a garage editor until PD patched whatever needs to be patched.

That's why this is so big on GT5. They do not need to jail break their PS3s to do this. (i am 100% sure you don't have to).

To confirm this i am 100% sure you don't need to jailbreak your PS3 however i will not go with details because it is illegal.

Thanks, I didn't want details. I was just curious if people were using the garage editor yet. I didn't realize there was another way to make the cars.
 
I did not react on al this so called hype, because it is not worth it... but now they are using these cars in the seasonal TT I am :

Every user of these cars ; is a cheater. You know why ? Cause he needs those cars to get rid of his frustration of not being able to race in a normal way, probably because he is way to slow or stupid....

So to all users ; I hope you get banned for GT6 for life....

Luckely we have our own rooms where nobody can enter so these sick little kids can not spoil our fun.....

Now please do not go quoting me, calling me things and all that, cause I really don't care....

What about us as Drifters? And want Realistic Engine Swap in out Drift Cars? and still maintain 550HP or less?

I agree with that. All I want is engine swaps, and drivetrain swap (you can do this in real life). MY main thing is to find out about engine swaps (I'm not going to say any more). If I could figure that out I would be a very happy camper. I'm just against the people that slightly add HP to give their car the edge. Especially in drag racing...

Well i only do realistic drag cars :P. Like 950HP in my WRX STI. The thing that ruins drags is 1,500HP-20,000HP

AND NOW 10 YEAR OLDS PLAY GT5 OH GOD. Now they will overuse it sigh. and act all cool.
 
The only thing that irritated me at first was not being able to find the information, but once you can find it and have the option to do so (even on a limited level), then it just becomes a choice.

It's illogical to get angry if you can't or especially if others do, make a room with rules, or join a room with rules, or apply rules to your lounge or the lounge you're going to, and suddenly there's no problem right?

I mean, if there becomes modifications to what the values correspond to, and people abuse it by entering 500bhp cars in 200bhp rooms, sure - get angry, that's about the point where I think you're entitled, but even then, if you have bhp, weight and pp restrictions, they'd need to modify two of those in order to really annoy people, which hopefully no one does.

Not angry at all, as stated above, I only play in WRS, and you will not be able to have any effect on our gamming. But you are now interfearing in something people paid for, and that is not correct. Go and play with your stupid cars in your own rooms. But leave the people alone who have some sense and brains and just want a normal competition.

We can not help it you are to slow or don't have any fun in this game....but that should not be our problem...

Once you all get mature, hopefully for you, you will get the picture one day ;)
 
I ran into someone yesterday who said, "Guys guess what i have a X1 engine in a Street Car* Afterward, I said * Probably your friend gave it to you* He starts having issues and he started yelling me and my friend..... After he said *Imma write your name down, and ban you from PSN and steal all your cars hold on 5min* 1 day later nothing.... He had anger issues....

I laughed a bit....

Man, I wish some people did not know how to mod because some people are Killing GT5.

I am sure if that is the way PD wants to go, they will make it available some time.... I also would like to see things changed in GT5 or its followers, doesn't mean I have to go hack the game.....

See my above post, but I'll just rephrase my point - if people were smart enough to have restrictions in their rooms, there is 'currently' no problem, that I can see.

900bhp civic, oh wait room's restricted to 256bhp, too bad, can't make it.

Power and weight I would believe are the best restrictors, pp I've seen go up and down even when the weight was constrantly going down, or the power constantly going up (it'd top at 7XXpp for one car, then begin to go down).

I agree with your point, mostly, in terms of people going into other rooms just to crash the party, not cool, but otherwise people should be able to do whatever they want to their game.

The reason I stated here is because they are using these cars in the Seasonal tt's, this is not a room where you can limit your HP, this is an open competition....now people are using these cars and get ranked above people who did not cheat....

I am well aware I can limit my rooms, but thank you for pointing out anyway...

It's not wise to categorize every Hybrid Car user as "Little Kids"... It's wrong... While some of the cars that have emerged are clearly out of order, some serious people have created realistic Hypercars built for realistic racing, drag racing being the most of them...

But I'll get back to my own post... "It's just a game" ... To make a comparo: Who said you have to put GT5 in the PS3 to play with it? You can always use it as a flying disc ;) And you would still be "playing" with it...

Thats fine. Its just the people that add a little more and hide it to get the edge. That I don't like.

I know what WRS is. The way you respond to people calling you out speaks volumes.

Anyways, what cars are good at handling large amounts of power, like 1000-1600? The Alfa touring car and the Subaru GT300 did pretty well, i might try to see if anything good can be done with the Furai.
 
just trying out the hp modding, this thing is a monster. stage 2 turbo, with hp reducer on. :drool:
