The grey car to the right of the orange Lamborghini on the first row, isn't that identified yet? It may be either an Infinity, or a Bentley, or a Rolls Royce, or anything.

It reminds a lot this fantasy car from GTA IV:

Cog+(2).jpg

Come on guys, that car is easy to find out! I'll let this task to you GTP detectives. I'm too tired now.

Good luck! 👍
Looks like an SC430

I have no idea what you are talking about. No such thing. Do you mean bumper cam? That view is standard in pretty much all racing games, and is what most of us have used since GT1.

yes, i was referring to the bumper cam

because i don't like this view. it's like you're swimming on the road? lol.

so in the standard cars, will this view(from video) and 3rd person view the only views available?

the only view i prefer is when you can see the inside of the car or dashboard.

#3 Nissan Primera - Castrol Test Car

http://www.grandprixlegends.com/die...s/nissan-primera-castrol-test-car-3-1-43.html

Edited: For the record, Nissan Primera's raced on JTCC. A Castrol Sponsored one used #3 (no idea on the driver though).

There's a picture on the end of THIS PAGE as "NISSAN Primera "Castrol" JTCC Sugo'94"

So maybe that toy car is the actual JTCC car instead of a "Test Car".

I think I remember that paintjob from the first Gran Turismo.

The BMW Z4 GT3 R you have listed is one of these:

http://en.item.rakuten.com/answer/10005711/

BMW Z4 M Coupe 2007 No.170 VLN

It's the left one of the two Z4's in the lowerleft corner. Can't disern the number on the right one though.
Thanks for the correction.

You are rockin'... These are too specific and GTish cars not to be part of the line up. European conaisseur and japanese spec machines.

Too bad there aren't many american and no aussie ones so far.

Thanks to google and wikipedia, figured it out:

1994 - Nissan Primera GTe - #3 Masahiro Hasemi - Nissan Motorsport - JTCC

PS: I wonder if anyone at PD is checking how crazy we went on discovery all cars from this making of. lol

I agree completely!

1994 - Nissan Primera GTe - #3 Masahiro Hasemi - Nissan Motorsport - JTCC

Wow, thanks, I modified its entry in the previously posted list.

PS: I wonder if anyone at PD is checking how crazy we went on discovery all cars from this making of. lol
Who knows :)

By the way, I reccomend everybody to download the video in full quality from youtube using this program:

and then analyzing it frame by frame with this:

Damn, KY must be feeling giggle in his stomachnif we've resorted to looking at a "toy" commercial for GT5 to cinfirm any new cars.

I think I remember that paintjob from the first Gran Turismo.

GT1 Intro! Good memory 👍

Maybe this is related to Racing Modification being back?

By the way, i just checked 2004 ETCC lineup, and #1 car is Gabrielle Tarquini (Alfa Romeo 156)

Maybe that BMW320 is from another event? The minichamps site mentions a so called "DMSB 2004".

http://www.minichamps.de/content.ph...c=0&idps=400042401&adresse=320i&backlink=320i

Any ideas?

EDITED: Wikipedia mentions Claudia Hurtgen won DTM ( Deutsche Tourenwagen Challenge ) in 2003 and 2004, which was later renamed DMSB

Perhaps that was the intention of the commercial. A crafty and subtle way to reveal some of the cars in GT5 which is not unlike PD/Kaz.

Let's not go about correcting things that were correct in the first place.

SUPRA_LORD, you may be using a PS3 browser but there is not a competition to get your words on the screen the fastest. The text entry screen allows for proper sentence construction including capital letters and punctuation. Take it slow, get it right - or at least try to - and the GTPlanet will be your oyster.

Ok thanks i'll keep that in mind.

sorry to go "off-topic" but I like this video compilation of rain footage from GT5 :) ...I don't remember seeing the BMW gameplay (apart from the news page one) is it new? Enjoy!
This is what is in store for us in November~! 👍

Hey what the crap was that for?

Famine gave you a warning about bad punctuation and grammar and he asked you if you understood. Your reply to him was something like "yes i understand and im sorry"

Hence facepalm.jpg

Hey what the crap was that for?

You're kiddin' right?

A mod said you should post in an apropriate manner (punctuation and such).

Your reply was something like this: ok i got it now=No appropriate writing style, again=see the irony and the justification for the facepalm? I do.

Ok, thanks, I changed it to DMSB. Or should I have put DTM instead?

You guys do all the work and tomorrow the car list will be copy&pasted in so many blogs... End the most of them will not give an source...

Crazy way from Kaz to give us an inofficial car list... Why always so complicated?

@gamer28, nice vid, I´m getting hyped again :) Just bought F1 2010 today, really a huge difference to GT5, after seen that video... can´t wait to november 5th...

Some new footage I've not seen, great vid 👍

Hm I just got an idea. You see, there are a lot of cars, which are basically the same but only with a different livery, and then some, which "should have been in GT4", like the Chapparal because there have been 2 other, rather similar Chapparals in GT4. I just thought that these all could be standards, because they were all modeled for GT4 already but have been left out because of limited disc-space and because the left out cars had good alternatives, just an idea. (Because I can not imagine them all to be premiums because of time-limit you know?)

I'm curious about this DBR9 that is confirmed. I thought the DB9 and previous Astons from GT4 were to be the only ones in GT5 because of licensing issues. Hmm...
