I'm not sure in this situation that no news is good news, you would expect a reassuring confirmation by now with all these rumours going on.
Initially I thought this would be just a Russian issue ( and maybe it still is ) but coupled with the silence a few weeks before release I'm starting to worry slightly they may have some unforeseen problems.
I hoped the news page would show an article to clarify this situation when I came in here but apparantly Sony hasn't given a statement yet.
It's not like it didn't happen before in the history of GT despite Kaz sort of promising they would meet this release date in an interview a short time ago ( but then again he says a lot of things ).
Oh come on, the entire world has indeed far worse issues, each individual has its own personal issues which are far more important and ofcourse it's just a videogame.
That's a no-brainer frankly, so why bring it up?
We're here to have in the great scheme of things a rather trivial and irrelevant discussion and we all know that ( or should know that ), that doesn't mean we shouldn't discuss it, or wouldn't feel disappointed when something we like gets delayed.
Ofcourse it doesn't compare with the stuff that's really important but what do you suggest?
That each time a jagged shadow or poor sound gets mentioned or people expressing their disappointment with a delay we post a pic of the situation in Darfur or the flooding in Pakistan to put things into perspective?

...so GT5 is being delayed? How bad does it looks now?...
People... as epic as it may be, still it's nothing more that what it is. A game.
