Guys, the delay may be real, it may be false. But we need to keep some perspective.

1. At this point, we're just hearing a lot of rumors, nothing official. So let's not get worked up just yet. If it IS delayed, Sony and/or PD will make an announcement at some point.

2. Just because your favorite game store or website doesn't show an updated date means nothing. It's not in their interest to post such delays because it will mean a lot of canceled pre-orders. And they especially won't change anything until an official announcement is made from Sony. Goodness, when GT5 was delayed last year it took Amazon almost 2 weeks to update my preorder.

I know it's infuriating, but let's wait and see what happens.

I am not a twitter user so I may miss something...

Your wrong. Blitz is saying to Tim that he will ask after the prsentation about the delay. But that the presentation is still saying nov 3th at the moment.

Well I've collected my thoughts and spoken to a good source and I now feel that it's definitely Turn 10 trying to spoil the party.

I'm now back on track for November 5th.

Amar posted that on Gaf and TBH this is a really big deal for me to say the least.....much more than a delay. It's the one thing I did not want in the game and it's there, the most retarded system PD has ever produced is going to be in GT5. It's a deal breaker for me and due to this one stupid move PD have made the game will now be a rent for me. Now it's just a game and it's not serious business however the GT PSP car dealership system will kill any enjoyment I have got for the game.

that system does sound bloody awful. who the hell could possibly think that the average would find "elusive" car dealerships fun or engaging? No, seriously, who thought this would be a good, sound, fun idea for the average player?

And that post links back to one earlier in this thread. However it says that the full build is playable there, while the live twitter reports we're getting from the presentation say it's one of the earlier demo builds. For me that's unfounded rumour at the moment.

We are talking about Stunt Arenas .... I can't think of them as a sort of destruction derby portion of the game....
Do you guys think it will be something like duel on jumps, slalom or stuff like that?

Personally, I would imagine that would work well for the arcade mode.
Actually, wouldn't an arcade mode working a a bit like GTPSP be more fun than usual?
I think there's the need of a mode where one doesn't have to think about credit management, deep tuning or licences, but instead just to drive, race and collect cars.

If it's instead for the GT Life mode, though, I'll be seriously disappointed.

If you read the previous article on GTHQ.nl, it states that the full game will be playable at room 299. Then a new message comes up that they have had an presentation about stunt arena's and the GTpsp sale system. That message gets removed in 2 minutes.

10 minutes later a Twitterguy Blitz_187 claimes that the presentation is starting(so how can they post about the presentation earlier when it's only starting now?).

If it was faulty post by GTHQ I think they should let us know as soon as possible.
