You can see them vaguely on the roof here.

I'll just wait to see the guys response, and if he has made it I'll probably cancel the order. Maybe. Don't really mind it being a fake.

Edit:

He just sent me a message on Ebay and he is going to mail me another image which (hopefully) shows more detail.

Ask him for a picture of the box. It should say something about being made for Sony etc. The SLS one had that
Also that car looks rather dirty for a new model...

I havent played GT5 before but I have heard that it is supposed to be one of the most realistic driving experiences ever. But a writer who did a preview for GT5 in the Nov. issue of EGM thinks otherwise...

"I have always felt that Gran Turismo cars oversteer and dont weigh enough, leaving them feeling stiff and unrealistic. The obvious measuring stick is the physics engine in the Forza series, which is particularly gratifying in tight corners, where the weight is shifted over the wheel base. I know that many GT5 fans wont agree with me, and this game for them will probably feel right at home."

"Kart Racing is fun in GT5, but it further cemented my opinion about the physics engine being in dire need of an overhaul".

What do you think? Is the Forza series the obvious measuring stick in physics? Is GT5 in "dire need of an overhaul"?

I think I have found another photomode location in the AGS trailer... pause at 0:43, it's the inside of the Coliseum. Of course it is part of the Rome track but it is too much work just for a scenery you won't see in detail.

Though I don't know where you could place the car :S

Finally just ordered the G27 and wheelstand pro. This is my first wheel but i'm really looking forward to it. Is it a good decision?

YES. You will enjoy the wheel so much. Those Logitechs are really nicely engineered things and great value imo. And GT just comes alive - it's a different experience to the d-pad. Congrats!

Yes Sir:),I have the G27 and it's fantastic,the best commercial wheel:tup:

@hardvibes

Talking about Photo locations... your car always remain stopped, even while you may be able to change its position and turn the wheels, but still, the car remain "stopped", right?

I'm asking, because this picture here >>LINK, keeps bugging me. While I know that GT5 probably "perfected" all the camera functions you had in GT4, I don't remember ever seeing a GT photo with this "zoom in" effect over a static car... or is the car in motion?

That's a very good observation, hardvibes. I visited the structure last year, and they have reconstructed part of the original floor where a car could be placed. I imagine the area immediately outside of Colosseum would be quite photogenic as well - especially at night!

One of the writers from EGM had some pointed words regarding GT5s physics.

I actually agree with this. Although I love GT, the physics always felt a bit stiff and lifeless to me. When I play Forza, it feels like when I drive my own car. You can really FEEL the turns, they are such a joy to take.

I dont know what the issue is with Polyphony, when I play any GT game, they feel like a videogame that is unable to capture what it actually feels like to drive a car.

Oh yeah I forgot about it ;)👍 Shame on me!
What a beauty...

In one of the many garages shaped as arches below, where else?
The Romans thought way ahead of their time, Caesar and his posse had to park their Fiats, ahem, chariots somewhere I guess.;)

May I ask when the last time you played GT was? GT academy had much improved weight transfer physics. And that was a while ago now.

Anyone who'd criticise GT4 for oversteer is someone who isn't worth bothering with.

That is very true. The first thing i noticed when i first played GT4 was how every car understeered horribly, even when going 30mph round a corner, no matter what car it was
