The same month the tweet was posted so October but they only expect that so nothing is certain anyway.

It's basically the same as saying we eventually expect to release GT5 although nothing is certain ofcourse....;)

If it is so close as you say hommie why at http://eu.gran-turismo.com/gb/products/gt5/ says still Nov 2010 and not Q4 2010?you have sure a great point, but they have too :D lets see tho =)
I don't know how long you've been following GT news, but I know you're new to the forum. The Nov. dates have been there from the start(before the delay), they just haven't been removed, because PD is lazy or they're still hoping, we don't know. The same as release dates from gaming stores, websites, GameStop workers, etc. It's all placeholders and/or rumors 'till Sony announces a new date, to keep us "hooked". So unless you can find an official source or proof stating a release date, either from Kaz or Sony, then you're better off ignoring it. So keep the hope alive, but don't fall to rumors... Oh Yeah, Welcome to the forums! :gtpflag:

Dude, where have you been the past month?:dunce:

So why can't it release in November? I now there's the delay. Question is, how long would it take to get the game produced. I think all discs have been produced and they are currently awaiting shipping.

Huh? If all discs have already been produced why delay it in the first place?
That's the whole reason of delaying it apparantly, missing the production slot.

But as always, vague language gives them an out. Since they "expect" to have the release date before the end of the month.

If it's just shipping then where's the review copies? You hope that it's this month as we all do, but if all they're waiting for is a ticket to a ferry then they should have announced a release date already! C'mon Sony!
Ben Collins is at the wheel so god knows when they'll turn up
I thought that was only for the Stignature edition?

Even if that were true, you must take into account the various Sony regional offices and their marketing departments. New release dates must be agreed upon.

And of course we are assuming that we've been told the truth about the delay. I don't think that October will pass without so much as a whisper from Sony, but I do think that at the very least, we'll get another apology, informing us that a new date has not yet been set and to please wait a little longer.

Hopefully this will not be the case.

No REAL news from Paris? What a disappointment...

A french user sad 3 of 4 page ago that in Paris there is no news, I mean something that we already know.
It's playable a TGS build version, nothing else except a billboard with write on " GT5: Christmas 2010".
Friday at 5.00 pm french time will be a Sony Conference. Fingers crossed!
