A program used for downloading from streams that normal like youtube downloaders can't find (called replay media catcher)

Here is the download info from it:

sweet! thanks, hope they show something new...maybe full damage cause the trailer they accidentally leaked seemed like teh final version

Now when we know that snow is in, wonder if we will see stuff like this in GT5:lol:

Mission 32

Hill climbing in a thick layer of snow with a Toyota Tercel

Hm. getting interesting. More info coming soon I hope! And I'm just glad the LFA is in there. Now all that's needed is that damn Honda HSV!

This is why PD modelled an entire engine for the tuning menu.
Maybe the tuning menu will be animated?

I was also wondering about this, since we have seen the chassis of a car in the tuning screens, hopefully this means other parts of the cars are animated and move about or something when selected, it would be a very nice touch :D

I'm usually a lurker here eventhough i'm a long time member. Since Forza on the original Xbox, ive been a serious fan of that series... I've been getting back to my GT roots via GTPSP as of lately.... after watching the trailer.... I can proudly say that i cannot wait to go buy a PS3 solely for GT5. That looks absoultely amazing. I havent had this feeling since GT2!

I too thought Mustang, specifically a Mach 1, but it's not. I almost want to say it's something Australian.

We could only hope it`s a Aussie Ford Falcon 1974 XB GT Coupe model as they have similar design styles and size`s but it`s defiantly a mustang from the 71-73 yrs 👍 I wonder whats under the hood? :sly:

This "GT Anywhere" feature is promising. It could be very possible to upload race results/stats directly to the GT Anywhere site?

Imagine, a private lobby, and arranging a 10 race league and being able to view or output results/stats for best laps, position, points etc.

If PD have something like this up there sleeve, then I will just faint!!

Features can be added to it at any time, and it could even carry over to GT6.

All very exciting indeed!

I really do hope so. For me probably online features are up there with the most important.

My friend is obsessed with Everybody's Golf, a neat little golf game. I took a closer look and was amazed how well done the online portion of this game has been done. From ranking and matching players to the hugely in-depth level at which stats are stored and displayed for the you or the commuity to view and compare. Very Impressive.

I think today there is no excuse for the limited online features that many games have.

Its looking that PD are trying to bring us all something very special. I am so excited.👍

The download links to the filename is mp4:gizmos/videos/285/135/FINALVERSIONGT5_high.mp4, so yes!

You should be able to download with any rtmp supported download manager.

I wonder if the generic trailer preview means there is a more revealing trailer to be shown of soon, a few hours from now. This could be a bit like E3 trailer, they showed a preview trailer and then the final E3 trailer which revealed a lot more. This is just speculation though, will find out soon.

So is it the normal Mustang '71 or the Mach 1?
We can't be sure yet I'm afraid. Would make more sense to make the Mach 1 instead of a normal version though, for the same reason they made the more exclusive versions of the '69 Camaro (Z28) and '70 Challenger (426 Hemi).

Isn't that a LFA exhaust? It kinda reminds me of the Topgear episode which featured the LFA

Thanks!! Great quality! :D

So is it the normal Mustang '71 or the Mach 1?

The "Ghost car" is a 71 or 72 Mustang.
Could be a Mach1 but if Kaz went for the premium muscle in that series, its a 71 Boss 351 Mustang. The top performer in that body style Stang.
Actually it was the fastest of the Bosses.

No problem. They are all 540p videos, resolution being 960x540. Hopefully Polyphony Digital will update the GT website with all the TGS trailers in 720p or better, don't think they did last year but this year is more closer to release so I think they will. Probably a embargo still on until the GT website is updated.

If you upscale/reconvert them to 720p (1280x720), then youtube will be able to display them in full quality at 720p rather than 480p.

so it's not a new trailer?

No, the first is the "What's coming" teaser; the second is the "GT5 is coming" teaser that was "removed".

@ SHIRAKAWA Akira: I don't think I've got anything that can convert them, save for MovieMaker :scared:
EDIT: scratch that, it doesn't "do" mp4s...

Try Avidemux:
http://avidemux.berlios.de/index.html

Then make it in MPEG-4 AVC (video) / AAC (audio) mp4 format.
Make sure you select a good bitrate to avoid loss of quality.
To resize it, you have to add a "resize" filter.

To be fair, those tires are stiff as all hell since they run over gravel and stones, not much deforming to be had there! Just watch WRC and you'll never see the tires deform, only the suspension absorb the impact.
