GT5 Master Car List

Nissan 200SX (S14) '96 and 200SX '96 are missing in the list.

It's misleading to have this stickied as 'Official Master Car List'. It's not official and isn't master - it's incomplete. I appreciate the effort from OP though, not knocking that.
 
There is a couple of Mazda models that aren't mentioned in the list.

Roadster 1.8 RS (NB) '98 149BHP @ 6500rpm 17.8kgfm @ 5000 RPM - Redline at 7500 Limiter at 8000 rpm 140 mph top speed
MX-5 1.8 RS (NB, J) '98 149BHP @ 6500rpm 17.8kgfm @ 5000 RPM - Redline at 6500 rpm Limiter at 7000 rpm 138 mph top speed restricted by limiter
MX-5 Miata 1.8 RS (NB, J) 148BHP @6500rpm 17.8kgfm @ 5000 RPM - Redline at 6500 rpm Limiter at 7000 rpm 138 mph top speed restricted by limiter

Basically the '98 Roadster RS was a JDM only model that had a more agressive cam (BP5A) and tweaked ECU to take advantage of Japan's less strict emmisions laws as a result it has become one of the more sought after JDM import Roadsters. Its a very nice touch that PD included this subtle difference in the models. 👍
 
I picked up a RUF BTR, looks sick with the wing on the back! 👍
Ahh if only it was a premium....
I now have all the RUFs I think

The type C wing is a bit over the top :dopey:

To the official car list, perhaps we can indicate cars that are eligible for race conversion, cars that aren't allowed aero, and cars that are allowed only rear aero.

I think that would be helpful.
 
You know what would be a nice addition to this created list? The names of the colors that you get with them.

Being able to know where you got the paint chip from, so you can repurchase the same car or clone it with a friend.

I'm currently in the process of updating the car list to make it as official as can be.

That would be a nice addition but it's a lot of investigation work. I don't have the game yet (waiting for Santa) so if some of you want to start working on this, please PM me so that I can add your findings ;)

May I suggest that the prices would be included on the list. This would be great for traders, espescially for standard cars, since it's not easy to check the price. I know the price may vary a bit according to the mileage, but some estimate could be used.

However, I don't want to make the list messy with a lot of info. I know some guys are working on a car database right now so I won't add everything to the list.
At first, I will continue to add the missing cars and the very basic missing info. You can PM me for colors, prices and aero stuff.

The Problem with this list is that there are too many cars that we have all driven in other racing games. they are a few cars that im looking forward to driving but there are not that many. GT5 should include some cars that have never been included in games before, especially some 1970s Australian muscle cars (Valiant Charger E49, Holden Monaro GTS and the Ford Faclon GT)

Definitely Premium, you can see all of the details and the interior really clearly. I bet the Impreza rally car '99 will be amongst the first to be upgraded from Standard for Premium though:sly:

I've been wondering about that since the car list was released. Does anyone have this car? Does it resemble the PS3 model in that video or is it just the GT4 model? I really hope the former... or else what a waste.

I'll try to add a pic for every car in the game. I'll go check it out in the Photomode section.
Also, I think it could be cool to showcase the Photomode winners on the Master Car List, with the winning entries as picture for the cars.

GT5 has been absolute magic ever since I got it on day one, the updates have been really good, but today I thought I'd see whats new on the Forza website, not sure why just wanted to see, and I saw the classics cars DLC car pack, and now I'm feeling a little annoyed.

I mean, I really really want those cars, in premium for GT5 however, I just don't see the same sort of ideas in PD, when it comes to car selection, I have to give it to turn 10, now Im glad that atleast PD have said standards to premiums is going to happen, but damn PD I hope this news gets to you, there are a lot of cool cars missing from the game :/
