GT5 (probably) playable at Gamescom!

Personally, it's a stall in my opinion. While I'm not as feverish as most to get a glipse of GT5, I think that they are either stalling or someone critical couldn't make it.

Of that brochure at the start of this thread is official and of this year, then I believe that in intention was to have GT5 playable. I dont know the seat count but it must be over 15-20, and i just don't believe that GT would have the nerve to milk out prologue any longer.

I still wait.

Hmmm... it appears that the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance was just this past Sunday. Could it be that KY was there giving an award again? Just a thought...

What’s the next event after TGS? I just want to be prepared when GT5 doesn't appear there as well, and be able to keep my hopes, from now, for the next event, that supposedly is going to show GT5.

I think the last one for this year is the Tokyo Motor Show, but I can't see GT5 announcing it's release date there. Plus any number of other auto shows, but if they're gonna do it at one, it'll be Tokyo. Basically, if they don't announce it at TGS, hopes are slim for a release this year. And if they don't announce it at TMS, hopes are gone.

I could see them revealing their version of the new Ferrari 458 alongside the real thing at Frankfurt, but that's assuming that they even have a version of it already. We'll just have to see.

I just remembered the 1up.com Podcast about GT5's release date being revealed at GamesCom - they said "A huge Sony exclusive title that most people didn't think would be out this year - is being released this year"

Or something to that effect.

Hints aside, what other game could they be talking about if not GT5?!?!?!?!?

I hope they are right, too.

Just because they said a huge exclusive dont mean it was GT5 they were on about
