i discovered while turning the car's rear left or right wheels is airbone thanks to G-Force..Look at the Replay view.

That usually happens in cars with very strong anti-roll bars, tipically FWD hot hatches (Clio Williams for example). It's beneficial to those cars, because it means more weight is being transfered to the front, and therefore more traction and less understeer (since they're FWD). Shouldn't happen in a 370Z though. Was this the tuned or untuned version?

It's easier to see the difference yourself on a decent 1080p TV. Assuming of course that you have one to see it with. :)

Will things change for the finished version of the game?

I think that changing track surface (the grooves cut into the surface of the oval circuit) is what caused the problems in the 2005 indianapolis F1 race that resulted in only six cars starting the race as it was causing the michelin tyres to fail on the banking.
