No, a trade is a trade. No matter which car it is.
But to get your hands on a Ferrari F40, I suggest you get it from the New Car Dealer, as all Ferrari's are premium cars.

I wanted the GNX. Fortunately I didn't need to buy the F40 just for that trade because the GNX appeared in the UCD for 16k.
