Brilliant stuff đź‘Ť
Fixed. Thanks for the feedback.Just a heads up and by no means of dire importance... the picture for the Audi R8 LMS race car is wrong. Not even sure what led me to look at that specific car lol, but yeah.
Yes, this was intentional. Actually, they were both there, it's just that it was a case-sensitive search, so MINI was at the beginning of the Ms, while Mini was at the end. I've changed it so that the search is no longer case-sensitive, and so while they're still separate, they're at least together.I saw a couple data related items I thought I'd mention.
- MINI / Mini - all but the Mini Cooper 1.3i '98 are under MINI. Only "Mini" is available from the Filter Results Make list in-game. Could be confusing to some, though I see why it was done as the other three cars do in fact have the make listed as "MINI".
Thanks, I'll pass this upstream to Famine, from whom I get my car data.
- The NISMO GT-R Road Going Version '95 is listed in the database as being a Nissan, whereas in the game it's under NISMO. http://gt5cars.net/cars/675
I hear that!I've done data compilation on this level for GT3 and GT4, so I know that PD's lack of attention to detail in this area can sometimes be frustrating.
I've done a lot of investigation on this, and sadly, this isn't possible at the current time. The best way I found to get garage information from your PSN account, is via the "Log" feature, and sadly, that's limited to no more than the most recent 100 entries. GT5 save games are encrypted, and so it would be illegal here in the US to do anything with those. Rest assured I will be keeping my eyes open for a way to do this though. However there is an issue i have with both sites:
Is there any way to extract/parse the game garage automatically from your PSN account, savegame or else?
I collect cars and as i have 82x already (which is probably not much after all) its hard (aka i wont do it) to check them all.
If you know of any way, or invent one, to upload ones garage to the sites database, you can hotlink you pay payl account and collect the big money!![]()
I do have colors and horns on my todo list, i don't know when I'll get to them.I like your site a lot, more than the others avaliable. But i need to keep track of my Museum Cards and Horns. If you could integrate this function into your website it would be great and atract more people. Try to make it lighter than in my************.net because my netbook can't process it without lag (plenty).
This is something I've considered, but for the time being, I've put it on pause. It feels kind of rude. I suppose if there were significant demand to do so, I would do it.Also if you could, in some way use some tool to export data from that website that i mention you will also atract a lot of people. It´s just that many players already own a lot of cars and it's not worth not mark them all again.
I welcome any/all feedback, especially the constructive kind. This is my feedback. I have more suggestions if you want
Thanks!Congratulations for the good work and the unique UCD features
First you should sign up on the site. Then, from the My GT5 Cars menu in the upper left, select "My Wishlist". Above and to the right of the table of cars is a black button labelled "Add & Remove Cars". Click on that. It will take you to a page with two lists of cars. The left list contains all the cars, and the right list will be empty. Select a car in the left list, and click the button with the → on it. Then click the "Save Wishlist" button. You've just added a car to your wishlist. That's all there is to it.Can't figure out how to use the wishlist.
Any help?
Thanks, I'll push that suggestion upstream to Famine, I use his database.Amazing job, I've already transferred my garage from mygranturismo.
Found one minor mistake, please correct Nissan SKYLINE Coupe 350GT ‘05 to 350GT ‘03.
Encoded, I found a discrepancy from either the game or your database: I couldn't find a Nissan Skyline Coupe 350GT '03. I just purchased in the game (UCD) and the closest thing I can find in your database is a Nissan Skyline Coupe 350GT '05. Also checked My Garage to make sure I hadn't already purchase this car, and I hadn't. So I am wondering if that Skyline was erroneously typed in as an '05 when it's supposed to be an '03.

Yes, it's something I'd like to do, but I haven't found a reliable dataset yet.Any plan to add performance points? Its one of the primary things I like to filter/sort by.
I get my data from TornadoAlley and the good folks in this thread. Helping them, helps me. If you'd like to log some data from your used car dealership, that would be great!Hi encoded,
I found your db very useful in the last weeks, as I had to search in UCD last 100 standards.
Also it hasn't been updated since 5/21, and I have ahead only 400 game-days, ending with car nr.17808, general ucd day nr. 2968.
Do you need help?
This search should find you all cars from 2005. To search for another year, simply set the minimum year and the maximum year search fields to the year for which you're searching.I would like to be able to find all the cars of a particular year That would be great, thanks.
