Whatever, I've believed that all the posts from Famine was a subtle way to warn us. At least we know that PD still works on the game.
After reading @Famine posts once again, I started to get a feeling that there might be no update for some reason...

I just lost my thoughts about the new maintenance "might having a new update". I just lost my interest even more...

Whist such would be a feasible area of addition for the more recent Vision Gran Turismo automobiles, one should not succumb to expectation foreshadowing the maintenance period without prior information regarding the addition of new content.

One of societies problems.

Never willing to critically think and learn from our past.

SOLUTION:

Learn from the acts and grow over them to never do the acts again. :scared:

I am referring to those who get hyped up over maintenance.
It can also apply to people saying "don't expect anything" over and over again, they keep expecting some of us to not get excited by maintenance notifications, and yet they still come here acting as if they're surprised that some people still get hyped. No one has learned from previous threads, otherwise we wouldn't have the same discussions everytime there's a maintenance notification thread.

I think it's time for the "don't get hyped" people to understand that if they don't want to see people get hyped that these maintenance notifications threads aren't threads to visit because maintenance threads are never going to be different, deal with it.

These threads will let some people let their imagination run wild, what's wrong with that? I'm pretty sure that most of them know that it might not happen but prefer to think, what if? who knows? it's nothing more. and there's nothing wrong with that.

There's no point in making maintenance notification threads anyway, what is there to talk about?

I seriously want to drive an Hype Train at the Nordschleife.
What about an Hype Train VGT?
Chugga chugga choo choo!

Sucks what the GT portion of GTPlanet has come to:

33% people condescending/smart-assing others for looking forward to something.
33% people replaying their broken records about how disappointed they are with GT without offering any actual constructive feedback.
33% people over-analyzing and getting overly-hyped about the smallest bit of information, only to be disappointed later.
1% people who calmly and thoughtfully speculate and discuss GT matters.

We should focus on increasing the percentage of that last one.

I doubt this will be anything more than a VGT Car. We haven't gotten any information on any other details or features so I think it is either VGT or just a simple maintenance.

Anyone else having online performance and load times issues in the last hour? Mine really have come down to a near crashing halt. Makes me wonder if they're not already working behind the scenes.

I agree, there is no mystery.

I am looking forward to the Bugatti and Hyundai VGTs. In fact bar the SRT Tomahawk trio I look forward to all the VGTs.

Yes. Entering and exiting the Seasonal race menus are not loading or are extremely slow to load. I've been playing all day and this just started in the last hour or so.
That is my main issue with GT6 as well. Seasonals are slow to load. Frustrating to the core. :banghead:

I totally agree with you, unfortunately. I think that's the reason why I don't participate so often on GTP. I read so many topics/threads on this site...and most of the time I go away thinking: ''Damn...has GT6/PD/Kaz done such harm to this many people?''

Anyway, greetings to all of you all the same :)

The rare occasion that it's good to be a one percenter. 👍

If it is an update it will be very nice to learn that PD haven't forgotten about us GT loyalists.
Ideal would a new track and a few new premium cars. Cmon PD!!
