GT6 Master Car List [NOT A WISHLIST]

I wasn't here for much of the GT5 hype. But I think they didn't reveal all of the premium cars until the full car list was revealed. I might be wrong though :ouch:

They could still reveal atleast 50 more and call it a marketing day until the game is out. The fate of the course maker and the Coca Cola formula livery editor is what worries me more.

The what now?

The oh so secret and rumored livery editor that Kaz was supposed to talk about during TGS.

Of course nothing happened at TGS :(

Your welcome ;)

So that Hatsune Miku GT300 Bimmer and ZEOD RC (An electric hardtop Deltawing) aren't in?

Well by dupe I was thinking more things like 1 race car with 10 liveries, or the aforementioned 25 anniversary cars, things like that.

I just find it weird, if they've got so many brand new unique cars why aren't they showing them off, rather than just revealing them in a list?

The 25 Anniversary cars are also available without the special livery. Dare I say they might count that as 50 cars instead of 25? Can you imagine?!!:banghead:🤬:banghead:

I just don't see them doing this. Those are not cars for everyone and surely they will only be available to people who pre-order. There's no way they can count those cars.

I have a feeling they won't release all cars at once and make the 100-150 unheard cars free dlc throughout next year. So far the only unofficial-slightly confirmed cars I've heard of are the Ferrari P4/5 competionze, Ferrari P4/5 road car, Alfa Romeo 155 DTM. I remember the article they made but it was deleted.

I personally think while although the Anniversary cars would most likely be counted as part of the list the cars that make up the '200 new cars' will not include them and they will be in addition to this. GT5 didn't see the presence of the Stealth/Chomeline cars in order to reach its claimed '1000' list.

They might just announce a full car list a BGS, it is highly possible.

You're crackers if you think they'll announce anything at an unknown (To the rest of the world) show in Brazil. It will be the same as all the other minor shows like those in Russia and Australia right now, a bunch of local Sony reps with a few pods running a demo.

The Australian show has given two of the biggest news in months: Bathurst announcement and Bathurst gameplay, both out of nowhere ("crackers") considering TGS is a better opportunity.

Also consider the time to make announcements is right now and in one month, to hype people up. There are no major conventions at that time so the announcements (at least one) and new content footage will be whether at Brazil, some race (lets say X2014 at Suzuka) or announced online.

I think you will be wrong, I have a feeling they will announce something big.

Bathurst wasn't announced at the Australian show though, it was announced online. Yes they might announce something before the Brazil show and it be on the floor there but that isn't the same as "PD will announced something at the Brazil show".

So let me get this right, they skipped TGS, a game show on their doorstep and one of the 'big 3' game shows in the World yet instead they will turn up in Brazil at a game show nobody outside of the country takes notice of and announce something "big"?

They will most likely release a new trailer with a few new cars at BGS.

On Bathurst's case the online announcement is the exact same as doing a live announcement, since the video was disclosed because of the Australian event.

The same can happen with Japan, Brazil and whatnot. What matters is having the opportunity, an excuse if you will, to announce something. For example one of the most probable next videos before GT6's release is about the X2014, with Vettel winning the championship at Suzuka or afterwards.

That might be true, doesn't make these

"Highly possible" though IMO. If they announce anything big it will be online, not AT this event.

Does it make any difference to show the announcement video for the first time in Brazil -live- than doing it online because of the Brazilian event? Nope, it doesn't.

And as I said, there's at least one big promotional video coming up in the upcoming months (maybe exactly one) and also at least one announcement video of particular content (probably two), because the release date is closer. The best way to do so is to take advantage of the upcoming opportunities, such as Australian local event = Bathurst.

Another example besides the X2014 video: we do have the names of all 7 tracks, but still no official footage of DLC tracks (classic pack) or of more cars. With content being from all over the world there are lots of opportunities to announce or show footage of something.

And BTW now that GT6 will have plenty of DLC that necessarily means plenty of new videos. Every single new car pack must have a promotional video, even if it is every 30 days.

Well I still stand by my thought, I don't see them announcing anything around this Brazilian show, local or online. There are no more tracks to announce.

You can believe that all you want but where else do you suppose they will give more information on the customization, course maker and the 50 or so cars yet to be announced. The release date is only 2 months away and we haven't heard anything regarding those yet.

Tokyo Motor Show could be interesting, other things will be announced outside of any events, IF they announce anything before release.

The thing is... I think they simply won't. Remeber, they skipped TGS. :nervous:

And BGS is a small event. I mean, very small. The only thing that we, brazilians, expect are news about PS4 prices around here, something that is pretty much a given in Sony's conference.

There are some points that could make this GT6 news on the event more reasonable: It will be the first instalment on the series in our Portuguese and the official PlayStation blog has said that there'll be GT6's rigs on the show.

So, maybe. Who knows?

If they did happen to show up there, maybe it would be to show some type of race track for the first month of dlc or something.
