My theory for a while and I think this was confirmed by PD or Kaz, not sure, is that they are moving towards associating themselves with real racing and real cars, as opposed to games. The last few months sort of speaks to that with the launch at Silverstone, GTAcademy, Goodwood etc. If you're going to see anything it'll be at the upcoming Bathurst event or some other race or car focused weekend. Not sure what on the sched between now and December 6 but I'd bet on this trend continuing. Kaz doesn't see GT6 as a game anymore, it's a simulator, a training ground for racing talent and that's the tie-in he wants. IMO anyway...
